V	V B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “Domácí limonáda” = voda se šťávou za 85,-. cena absolutně mimo. Nejhorší personál co jsem kde zažila. "Homemade lemonade" = water with juice for 85, -. price absolutely out. The worst staff I've ever experienced.

Měli jsme zaplacené ubytování, parta mladých lidí, alkohol a tak podobně, začal protékat WC, vzali jsme si židly zevnitř ven na slunce, pan majitel (Kerner) na nás naběhl, div se že nás nezmlátil, pro jistotu měl za zády ukrajince. Nadával nám za tu židly a WC a za to, že jsme si donesli popelnici blíže k chatě, abysme nemuseli chodit daleko, za to más taky seřval a aby toho nebylo málo, řekl nám ať se do hodiny zbalíme, uklidíme a vypadneme. Peníze nevrátil, kauci také ne. Vřele nedoporučuji.. Narovinu. I've never written a review but I have to write this. Service, I'm not commenting. We had paid for accommodation, a bunch of young people, alcohol and so on, the toilet began to flow, we took chairs from the inside out into the sun, the owner (Kerner) ran up to us, wondering he did not beat us, for sure he had a Ukrainian behind him. He cursed at us for the chairs and the toilet and for bringing the trash closer to the cottage so that we wouldn't have to go far, he shouted for it too, and to make matters worse, he told us to pack up, clean up and get out in an hour. He did not return the money, nor did the bail. I highly recommend ..

I když jsme topili, byla tam stále zima jak v morně. Pečlivě zvažte rezervaci. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed. We felt negative energy from the owner. When we arrived, everything was made up so that we had to pay the amount. Even though we were drowning, it was still as cold as moral. Carefully consider your reservation.

We were just walking through. The service (gentleman) decent, the sight of the drinks menu stopped me a bit, 90 CZK for homemade lemonade is a bit overshot, even if it was the best.

Měl sem tam být s rodinou 5dni s polopenzí a pan majitel mi večer před první večeří řekl ať zaplatím celý pobyt, tak sem se rozhodnul že s rodinou odejdu a myslím si že sem udělal dobře. Silně nedoporučuji. Owner on the phone very nice and helpful, but on the spot very arrogant, unpleasant lady, high prices. Almost no equipment in the rooms. I was supposed to be there with my family for 5 days with half board and the owner told me the night before the first dinner that I should pay for the whole stay, so I decided to leave with my family and I think I did well here. I strongly do not recommend.
K	Karolína Matějovičová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Majitel velmi nepříjemný a arogantní. Za 3 noci jsme zaplatili 30k (i se zálohou), ale ze zálohy se nám nevrátila ani koruna. Pobyt jsme měli zaplacený na 5 dní, ale 4. den majitel přilítl, začal na nás řvát, kvuli tomu, že jsme si vyndali 1 židli ven na sluníčko a že jsme ucpali záchod, ale záchod špatně splachoval už při našem příjezdu...Po tom, co na nás dost dlouho řval, nás z chaty vykázal, řekl (čtěte zařval), že máme hodinu na to, abychom vše uklidili. V tu chvíli jsem si říkala, že dělá, jak kdyby se tam při našem příjezdu dalo jíst z podlahy... když jsme se ubytovali, za nočními stolky byli všemožné obaly a pod postelemi chuchvalce prachu. Opravdu toto ubytování nedoporučuji, s přístupem, jaký k tomu pan majitel má, je dost možné, že budete stejně zklamání, jako jsme byli my. Owner very annoying and arrogant. We paid 30k for 3 nights (even with a deposit), but not even a crown returned from the deposit. We had paid for the stay for 5 days, but on the 4th day the owner arrived, started yelling at us, due to the fact that we took 1 chair out in the sun and that we clogged the toilet, but the toilet flushed badly on our arrival ... from what he shouted at us for a long time, he expelled us from the cottage, he said (read yelling) that we have an hour to clean everything up. At that moment, I thought he was pretending to eat from the floor on our arrival ... when we checked in, there were all sorts of wrappers behind the bedside tables and tufts of dust under the beds. I really do not recommend this accommodation, with the approach that the owner has to it, it is quite possible that you will be as disappointed as we were.

The lookout tower is beautiful, but the prices in the restaurant are unbelievable. I have not seen a soluble coffee for 50 crowns anywhere else.
