K	Kateřina Mikšovská on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do restaurace jsme dorazili na pozdní oběd kolem 14.30 hod. Rozhodně tedy nebylo narváno. Nejprve jsme čekali 10 minut na obsluhu, která nepřišla. Následně jsme se šli zeptat na bar, jestli si můžeme objednat. Byli jsme odbyti, že si máme sednout, že nás obslouží u stolu (= dalších 15 minut čekání). Číšník, který nakonec dorazil, byl “ochota sama”. Tohle už není! Nemáme! To teda nevim! Jídlo bylo ve finále docela dobré, jen škoda, že na borůvkové knedlíky a šlehačku dávají v kuchyni nějaký prefabrikovaný přeliv/sirup, který chuť samotné borůvkové omáčky úplně přebije. Bohužel spousta podniků si stále neuvědomuje, že dobrý dojem nedělá jen jídlo samotné, ale i prostředí, ochota personálu, toalety (které jsou tady bohužel také v hrozném stavu). Příště raději popojdeme o 2 kilometry dál na Pešákovnu, kde si návštěvníků váží. We arrived at the restaurant for late lunch around 2.30 pm So it was definitely not crowded. At first we waited 10 minutes for the staff who did not come. Then we went to the bar to ask if we could order. We were sold to sit down, to serve us at the table (= another 15 minutes of waiting). The waiter who finally arrived was "willingness itself". This is no more! We don't! I do not know! The food was quite good in the final, it's a pity that they put some prefabricated sauce / syrup on the blueberry dumplings and whipped cream, which completely overwhelms the taste of the blueberry sauce itself. Unfortunately, many companies still do not realize that not only the food itself, but also the environment, the willingness of the staff, the toilets (which are unfortunately also in a terrible state) make a good impression. Next time we prefer to go 2 kilometers further to Pešákovna, where they respect visitors.

P	Petr Litera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are bad places, tragic places and occassionally one finds a place like this - the word "service" absolutelly unknown, request for assistance, paid service or consideration of help just omitted. Hard to describe the mixed feelings - nice surroundings, dreadful approach to visitors. The recomendation is - find something/ anything else >> if you continue to Smedava, there are more suitable places with personnel much more attentive to the travellers' needs.
