P	Petra Cvrkalova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bydleli jsme v roubence,je to stará chalupa,hodně retro.Jediná koupelna je nová a hezká. V jídelně se nedá sedět,protože je podlaha celá křivá. Pokoje v podkroví jsou také strašně křivé a bylo tam hodně vos. Jinak zahrada s bazénem je ucházející,jen mi tam chyběla lehátka. Na roubence bydlí ještě majitelův otec, který byl velmi milý a chodil si za námi povídat.Není tam wifi ani TV,ale to nám nevadilo. We lived in a log cabin, it is an old cottage, very retro. The only bathroom is new and nice. You can't sit in the dining room because the whole floor is crooked. The rooms in the attic are also terribly crooked and there were a lot of wasps. Otherwise, the garden with the pool is suitable, I just missed the sunbeds. The cottage is still inhabited by the owner's father, who was very nice and went to talk to us. There is no wifi or TV, but we did not mind.

Chata uvnitř i venku odpovídá fotografiím, vše je čisté, zcela funkční, takže žádné opadané kachličky a dlažba také v pořádku. Za nás luxus, moc se nám líbilo a určitě se vrátíme. Z	Zdenda Lebeda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejprve několikrát propláchneme nasolená (již od prodejce) střeva vlažnou vodou. Je nutné tuto vodu měnit, aby se sůl ze střívek vypláchla! Brambory a velkou cibuli oloupeme a nastrouháme na jemném struhadle do mísy, česnek rozmělníme v lisu na česnek nebo utřeme nožem spolu se solí a vmícháme zbytek ingrediencí. Vše řádně promícháme. A nyní již můžeme plnit střeva čajovou lžičkou nebo trychtýřem. Naplněná střívka ponoříme do horké vody na cca 30 minut, poté přendáme na studený plech vymazaný vepřovým sádlem a připravená goja dáme péct do trouby předehřáté na 200 °C. Když po cca 30 minutách zezlátnou, otočíme je a ještě na 5 minut opečeme i z druhé strany. Goja podáváme s čerstvou či sterilovanou zeleninou.
