I definitely don't recommend chat. Unmanaged, dysfunctional whirlpool, the whole weekend did not deal with anything else, the dirty grill, the children's crawler all the splinter, tv in the room inoperative, the shower corner I had to wash to give the children there. The Pan just wants to make money. 2 years back another level. Great disappointment for me.

The surrounding area is beautiful. Communication with the management of the cottage in order - the lady was very pleasant. However, I can't blame them for wanting a hot tub surcharge when the hot tub is barely working (rather not) and is dirty by getting into it and stinking. The lower room with the pinpong table does not look like the pictures. Missing seats and sacks for sitting - all this is replaced by some formidable old (what to call it?) Matracema? Which lies on the ground. Toilets and showers were clean, but moreover, I would welcome clean "wall bars" (heating) in the bathroom. So that the towels are not even dirty when you want to dry them. I give three stars in total, because I was pleasantly surprised by the kitchen equipment, including the dishwasher.

I am puzzled by the owner's approach - everything is repaired, painted .. At the moment, maybe yes, but we were waiting for it when we paid for the cottage and arrived .. Chat Relax we rented twice. In 2017 we were extremely happy - nice lady manager, everything clean, well-kept .. because this year we chose the same cottage, but unfortunately came a great disappointment .. Communication regarding booking, payment great, but the arrival .. You agreed on a certain time arrival - Mrs. steward is not in place, so you call her .. The phone picks up saying that she is leaving .. after twenty minutes spent on hot asphalt in front of the cottage a young man arrives on the fichtl and lets you into the cottage saying Mrs. steward is in Prague and so when you arrive, the cottage will be handed over - I would not like this to be the owner anymore .. So you are staying and waiting for someone to come and you can start after the handover - but .. You start to deal with a dirty whirlpool, dirty shower, uncleaned grill, running toilet, uprooted door .. It's a shame - the cottage was amazing, but after this experience, when you can see that chat nobody cares too much I would never go there again.

Absolutely great accommodation, the cottage is very spacious, equipped kitchen, clean. Photos and videos agree with reality. Communication with the owner and administrator is great. Jacuzzi and sauna a big bonus. We definitely didn't come here for the last time :)

We really liked the cottage and the place. Plenty of privacy for everyone, sufficient cottage equipment, great play area for children. Sauna and whirlpool as a nice bonus throughout the day. We look forward to seeing you again.

The cottage is large, spacious. However, a wheelchair user with an amputation of both lower limbs also went to stay with us, so we chose this cottage for its accessibility. However, I do not agree with the adjective barrier-free. The toilet became barrier-free only after we removed the obstructing handrail by our own forces, thanks to which the wheelchair user cannot get to the toilet. However, wheelchairs are forbidden to shower - narrow doors through which the trolley does not pass, tall shower trays. So, if a wheelchair user wanted to take a shower in the evening, another human force had to step in to take the victim to the bathroom, to the shower, and back. I can't imagine how I would be able to do it if it weren't for the willing guys to stay with us. I guess I'd have to pull him on my back myself. The ground floor of the cottage outside the toilets and showers is wheelchair accessible, there are no thresholds in the door to the two rooms and the kitchen. In the basement of the cottage, where there is a large common room or playroom for children, whirlpool and sauna, a wheelchair user can not get without the help of others, but we also counted on it a bit. The trampoline in the garden is rather dangerous for children - poor and older date of purchase. The cottage is beautiful, with various obstacles we are used to fighting, but if a person is sure that the cottage is barrier-free, it will surprise you. Use of the trampoline by children only with a high risk of injury.
