Cottage Rolba (formerly Kovo) is still the same and that is good. I drove here for about 10 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já mám bohužel velmi špatnou zkušenost s "úžasným" panem domácím. Zamluvili jsme si pokoj pro sebe a svoje kamarády na víkend a na požádání zaplatili celou částku. Máme psa, na stránkách je uvedeno, že domácí zvíře je povoleno, i proto jsme vybrali tuto chatu. Bohužel dva dny před nástupem nám pan Havlíček mailem sdělil, že v chatě už nějací psi budou a také lidé, co je nemají rádi a že si je tedy máme nechat v autě. Na naprosto slušnou odpověď, že se psem nechceme pobývat ve společných prostorách, jen ho po celodenním sportu za obojek dovést do pokoje a pokuď by to i tak nešlo, necháme ho tedy v autě nám pan Havlíček napsal, že "ubytovaný nediktuje podmínky ubytovateli" a že "nenávratně rezervaci ruší a druhému páru to jistě vysvětlíme"! S takovým chováním jsem se ještě nesetkala a to jsem toho procestovala dost. To, že zaplatíte celou částku dopředu vám nezajistí rezervaci a pan majitel vám ubytování klidně zruší těsně před příjezdem, kdy už asi těžko seženete něco jiného. Třeba někdy pana Havlíčka zasype lavina a "rolba" to asi nebude, co ho vyhrabe, ale nějakej blbej čokl! :)
Unfortunately, I have a very bad experience with the "amazing" host. We booked a room for ourselves and our friends for the weekend and paid the full amount on request. We have a dog, the site states that pets are allowed, which is why we chose this cottage. Unfortunately, two days before the start, Mr. Havlíček told us by e-mail that there will be some dogs in the cottage and also people who do not like them and that we should keep them in the car. To the absolutely decent answer that we do not want to stay in the common areas with the dog, just bring him to the room after a day of sports for a collar and if it still does not work, so we leave him in the car Mr. Havlíček wrote that "accommodated does not dictate the conditions to the landlord" and that "it irrevocably cancels the reservation and we will certainly explain it to the other couple"! I have never encountered such behavior and I have traveled a lot. The fact that you pay the full amount in advance will not secure your reservation and the owner will cancel your accommodation just before arrival, when you will probably have a hard time finding something else. For example, sometimes Mr. Havlíček will be hit by an avalanche and the "snowmobile" will probably not be what digs him out, but some stupid pooch! :)
