★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velice průměrné ubytování- tmave místnosti v přízemí, starší nábytek, roztrhané povlečeni, voda teče tepla pouze pár minut, úklid očividně prováděn jen odjizdejicimi hosty. Za stejnou cenu najdete v okolí určitě příjemnější místo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objekt sám o sobě naší početné skupině vcelku vyhovoval. Přesto doporučuji se chatě obloukem vyhnout pro velmi neférové jednání majitele hotelu Kamzík, pod který chalupa spadá. Pokud můžete, ubytujte se jinde, možností v okolí je spousta.
The building itself suited our large group. Nevertheless, I recommend avoiding the cottage for a very unfair behavior of the owner of the hotel Kamzík, under which the cottage falls. If you can, stay elsewhere, there are plenty of opportunities in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velká a prostorná chalupa, umožňuje ubytovat 9 samostatných rodin se společnou kuchyní a společenskou místností. V kuchyni místy chybí nějaké nadobí, ale jinak je celkem dobře vybavená. Vybavení pokojů je strohé, nábytek zastaralý, ale celkově dostačující. Každý pokoj má sociální zařízení. Objekt byl v okamžiku naší návštěvy v rekonstrukci, takže snad nastane zlepšení.
Large and spacious cottage, allows you to accommodate 9 separate families with shared kitchen and lounge. In the kitchen there is some missing, but otherwise it is quite well equipped. The equipment of the rooms is austere, the furniture obsolete, but overall sufficient. Each room has a bathroom. The building was under reconstruction at the time of our visit, so there may be an improvement.

Minusy: plíseň kolem drezu, lednice mrazila a potraviny byly zmrzle, vecer ze skvir vylezali rusi domaci - svabovity hmyz. V nekterych pokojich ooadavajici omitka na postele a za postelemi odpadky a chuchvalce prachu, ktere nebyly dlouho uklizeny. Okoli chaty neupravene.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je mi lito, ze tak hezke misto, jako je Karlov pod Pradědem hyzdi chovani provozovatelu sluzeb chaty Smrkova. Je smutne, ze se zde majitel hotelu Kamzik opakovane dopouští pokusu o pomluvu, ktera ma z pro me zahadneho duvodu udelat ze slusnych lidi vandaly. Take jsme byli na policii, take k podani vysvetlni k cemusi, co se nas netyka. Jeste pochopim, ze kdyz panu majiteli vznikla škoda, nahlasil a oznámil jmena osob, ktera byla v dane dobe v chate. Nechapu vsak zanícení pro pomlouvani zde na internetu v situaci, kdy i z setreni PCR jasne vyplyva, ze jsme spojovani s cinem, ktery jsme nespachali. Ubytovani na chate bylo prumerne, sluzby nic moc a chovani lidi smutne neprijemne a hloupe. Škoda.
