L	Lucie Machutová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nádherná chalupa, úžasné prostředí s výhledy a malebnými zákoutími. Pro rodiny s malými dětmi trochu komplikovanější ubytování (hodně postelí ve výšce) ale dalo se to vymyslet, majitel vyšel vstříc. Doporučuji si vzít cestovní postýlku, pokud máte. Zatopení v peci by nebyl problém, pokud bychom projevili zájem, jen u prvního zatápění majitel chce být, z důvodu napojení na vytápění celé chaty, tudíž je nutné zkontrolovat, zda vše funguje jak má. Dle jeho slov už se mu jednou část neodborným zacházením poškodila. Parkování je vyhrazené na okraji pozemku, místa je víc než dost, do chalupy jen kousek. Kdo někdy viděl veřejné garáže, jistě chápe, že úkapy ze stojících aut není nic výjimečného. Závěrečné předání pokojů a chaty bylo naprosto bezproblémové, nic jsme nevytírali, jen vyluxovali drobky po dětech a svlékli postele. Pivo a ryby na gril byla super služba, doporučujeme. (Platilo se zvlášť) Po domluvě majitel nebyl přítomen, pouze uprostřed týdne přivezl ryby a vyměnil sud. Všechno je asi o domluvě, my se po zdejších recenzích docela obávali, ale zbytečně. Byli jsme spokojení. Beautiful cottage, amazing surroundings with views and picturesque nooks. For families with small children a little more complicated accommodation (a lot of beds in height) but it was conceivable, the owner was accommodating. I recommend you take a travel cot if you have. Flooding in the oven would not be a problem if we were interested, only at the first heating the owner wants to be, due to the connection to the heating of the whole cottage, so it is necessary to check if everything works as it should. According to him, one part had already been damaged by unprofessional treatment. Parking is reserved on the edge of the land, space is more than enough, the cottage is just a short walk away. Anyone who has ever seen a public garage certainly understands that dripping from stationary cars is nothing out of the ordinary. The final handover of the rooms and the cottage was absolutely problem-free, we did not wipe anything, just luxuriated after the children and took off the beds. Beer and fish on the grill was a great service, we recommend. (Paid separately) By arrangement, the owner was not present, only in the middle of the week he brought fish and changed the barrel. It's all about the agreement, we were quite afraid after the reviews here, but unnecessarily. We were satisfied.
P	Pavel Češík on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na této chatičce jsem byl již 2x a jedna dovča lepší než druhá, mám neopakovatelné zážitky, které jinde prostě jen sotva člověk zažije! Chata je skvělé zázemí pro několik desítek lidí, několik pokojů po cca 4os., obrovská společenská místnost s velkou pohodlnou pecí, plnohodnotným technickým vybavením a vstupem na velkou terasu na jižní straně proti slunci. Tady je opravdu luxus snídat a dát si kafčo. Ve spodním patře je vířivka, sauna s ochlazovacím bazénkem a hned vedle odpočívací místnost s lehátky, opravdu příjemný relax večer. Venku kamenný krb s grilem a posezení, okolo chaty i dost místa pro děti. V okolí chalupy fajn příroda na procházky, s krásným výhledem na okolní svahu. V dostupné vzdálenosti i hospůdky, kde si odpočinout u pivka a dát něco na zub, než se vydáte zpět. Pan majitel velmi ochotný, tichý a vstříčný ve všem. Rád si i popovídá pokud o to stojíte. Rozhodně toto místo velmi rád doporučuji pro návštěvy, určitě nebudete rozhodnutí litovat!! I've been to this cottage twice and one dovča is better than the other, I have unique experiences that you will hardly experience anywhere else! The cottage is a great background for several dozen people, several rooms for about 4 people, a huge lounge with a large comfortable oven, full technical equipment and access to a large terrace on the south side against the sun. Here is a real luxury to have breakfast and coffee. On the lower floor there is a whirlpool, a sauna with a cooling pool and right next to a relaxation room with sun loungers, a really pleasant evening relaxation. Outside a stone fireplace with barbecue and sitting area, around the cottage and plenty of space for children. In the vicinity of the cottage nice nature for walks, with beautiful views of the surrounding hillside. Within walking distance there are also pubs where you can relax with a beer and have something to eat before heading back. Mr. owner very helpful, quiet and helpful in everything. He also likes to talk if you want to. I definitely recommend this place for visitors, you will definitely not regret the decision !!

Na pohled klasická chalupa uprostřed louky, ve skutečnosti velmi moderní zařízení. Několik pokojů k ubytování snad i 20 lidí, velká spoleřenská místnost se skvěle zařízenou kuchyní (sporák, myčka, trouba, nádobí, pivní pípa, ...) a krásnou pecí, která předčí všechna Vaše očekávání. V přízemí je wellness se saunou, vířivkou a odpočinkovou místností s lehátky. To v každé chatě nenajdete. Venku je připravené sezení s grilem. Okolí se hodí na klidné procházky přírodou. Kdybych mohl dávám 10 hvěz z 5. Vždy nezapomenutelná dovolená. For the first time, when we spent a few days in the cottage in the spring, we fell in love with the cottage and its owner. We have been coming here regularly since then. At first glance a classic cottage in the middle of a meadow, in fact a very modern facility. Several rooms to accommodate perhaps 20 people, a large living room with a well-equipped kitchen (stove, dishwasher, oven, dishes, beer tap, ...) and a beautiful oven that exceeds all your expectations. On the ground floor there is a wellness area with a sauna, a hot tub and a relaxation room with sun loungers. You won't find it in every cottage. There is a seating area with a barbecue outside. The surrounding area is suitable for peaceful nature walks. If I could I would give 10 stars out of 5. Always an unforgettable holiday.
A	Antonie Svobodová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nebrat! Krásné místo, krásná chalupa, ale bohužel ne úplně korektní přístup pana majitele. Za prvé po celou dobu našeho pobytu byl na chalupě s námi. Ač nijak nezasahoval, způsobovalo to už značnou nervozitu. Chalupu si pronajímáte právě pro soukromí. Na náš dotaz na saunu a vířivku, které nabízí na svých stránkách nás odbyl s tím, že saunu zapíná minimálně pro 4 osoby a za 150,- za hodinu na osobu. Podotýkám, že o peníze až tolik nejde, ale spíš o celý způsob komunikace s námi. Na vířivku nám suše odvětil, že nám jí klidně napustí a ohřeje, ale že se máme rozloučit s teplou vodou ve sprše. A závěr bohužel úplně zabitý špatným vyúčtováním peněz, kdy nám majitel automaticky napočítal o 3 osoby více než byly hlášeny. Jednalo se o 3 děti do 3 let, které s námi spaly na společném lůžku. Pan majitel obcházel jednotlivé postele a nedůstojně kontroloval, jestli na lůžkách někdo spal či nikoliv. Vyhodnotil, že se manipulovalo s peřinami a že tedy byla použitá postel i lůžkoviny, tudíž si zaplatíme plnou cenu. Uff. Bohužel úplně zabité zážitky z jinak tak krásného místa a nemůžu nikomu doporučit. Obzvlášť ne rodinám s dětma! Don't take it! Although he did not intervene, it already caused considerable nervousness. You rent the cottage just for privacy. When asked about the sauna and whirlpool, which it offers on its website, it took us down, saying that the sauna is switched on for at least 4 people and for 150 CZK per hour per person. I note that money is not so much about it, but rather about the whole way of communicating with us. He told us dryly at the whirlpool that he would calmly soak and warm us, but that we should say goodbye to the warm water in the shower. And the conclusion, unfortunately, completely killed by a bad bill, when the owner automatically counted us 3 people more than were reported. These were 3 children under 3 years of age who slept in a bed with us. The owner walked around the beds and dignifiedly checked whether anyone slept on the beds or not. He assessed that the duvets had been handled and that the bed and bedding had been used, so we would pay the full price. Uff. Unfortunately, completely killed experiences from an otherwise beautiful place and I can not recommend to anyone. Especially not for families with children!
M	Michal urbánek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I přes počáteční obavy, vzhledem k velmi nízké komunikaci majitele, jsem byl s letním pobytem na chatě velmi spokojen. Díky její vybavenosti je cena nadprůměrně vysoká co se týče chat v Krkonoších, nicméně tam bylo hezky uklizeno, bazén použitelný, sauna se dala nakonec domluvit i v létě (psali jsme si o ni několikrát v mailu a stejně s tím nepočítal, pak ji ale vyklidil a zprovoznil). Pro dítě to byl ráj, nebáli jsme se jí nechat chvíli bez dozoru. Chatu jsme hledali pod filtrem "Na samotě" a tak jsme se obávali i toho, že tam majitel bude často chodit a neužijeme si ten klid :D nakonec to bylo ale spíš k užitku a když jsme nic nepotřebovali, ani jsme o něm nevěděli. Velké plus za třídění odpadu, včetně bio odpadu. Despite the initial concerns, due to the very low communication of the owner, I was very satisfied with the summer stay at the cottage. Thanks to its facilities, the price is above average in terms of cottages in the Giant Mountains, however, it was nicely cleaned, the pool usable, the sauna could be arranged in the summer (we wrote about it several times in e-mail and still did not count on it, but then cleared it and commissioned). It was paradise for the child, we were not afraid to leave her unattended for a while. We were looking for a cottage under the "Solitude" filter, so we were afraid that the owner would often go there and we would not enjoy the peace: D in the end, it was more useful, and when we didn't need anything, we didn't even know about it. A big plus for sorting waste, including bio waste.

Kdyby byla možnost dat více hvězdiček, tak bych ji určitě využil. Beautiful cottage with great facilities and accessibility to trips around. The owner's approach was probably the best I've ever seen. If there was a possibility of data more stars, I would definitely use it.

Bylo to naprosto dokonalé. Pan majitel byl moc milej. Určtiě opět do této chalupy zavítáme. I was with friends last weekend 1.10.-3.10. In 2021 there were 15 of us and everyone was very satisfied. Amazing accommodation, place, rooms. Equipped kitchen. It was absolutely perfect. The owner was very nice. We will definitely visit this cottage again.
