The cottage is very clean! and cozy, well equipped everything we needed was available! Super cottage location and peace! Definitely recommend! ?

U roubenky je ohniště na opékání buřtů, 2 dětské houpačky, skluzavka a menší pískoviště. V létě možnost koupání ve venkovním bazénu. Roubenka je ideální místo pro rodiny s dětmi. Beautiful timber house in a great location near the forest, perfect, accommodating, helpful and very nice owner. The log house has a fireplace for sausages, 2 children's swings, a slide and a smaller sandpit. In summer you can swim in the outdoor pool. The timbered house is an ideal place for families with children.

The owners of the cottage obviously only have to spend money
O	Ondřej Dvořák on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To co jsme my zažili během našeho týdne dovolený, byl vážně očistec. Majitelka láká na krásné místo pro rodiny s dětmi, zapomněla se, ale zmínit, že pozemek, včetně bazénu (chalupu jsme vybrali hlavně kvůli bazénu pro děti), má k dispozici další její "chalupa". Takže každý den dohady, s druhými hosty o tom, kdo má nárok dnes jít do bazénu. Což by ještě bylo únosné. Ale každodenní párty z vedlejší chalupy (Honey) do čtyř do rána je vážně o nervy. A když byl náhodou v noci klid a chtěli jsme si otevřít okno, tak to ani nápad. Před naší chalupou Václavka je žumpa, která zápáchá ve dne v noci. Projít z chalupy k autu nebo na zahradu bez kapesníku na ústech nedoporučuji. Natož větrat. Sem na dovolenou už nikdy. What we experienced during our holiday week was really a purgatory. The owner attracts a beautiful place for families with children, she forgot, but to mention that the land, including the pool (we chose the cottage mainly because of the children's pool), has another "cottage" available. So every day guesses, with other guests about who is entitled today to go to the pool. Which would still be bearable. But the daily party from the next cottage (Honey) until four in the morning is really annoying. And if it happened to be quiet at night and we wanted to open the window, it was not an idea. In front of our cottage Václavka is a cesspool, which smells day and night. I do not recommend going from the cottage to the car or to the garden without a handkerchief on your mouth. Not to mention ventilate. Here on vacation never again.
J	Jana Hepnarová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chata je nádherná. Okoli vypadá úžasně, skvělé místo na trávení dovolené s rodinou. Bazén krásně čistý, koupání ideálni. Tráva posekaná, navíc je zde i dost hracích prvků pro naše ratolesti. Určitě vřele doporučuji a budu se těšit na další dovolenou, kterou zde budeme trávit a určitě nebude naše poslední. Navíc komunikace a přístup majitelky je k nezaplacení :) moc děkujeme. Byly jsme zde na začátku léta a na chvíli i teď v září :) The cottage is beautiful. The area looks amazing, a great place to spend a family vacation. Pool beautifully clean, swimming ideal. Grass cut, in addition, there are plenty of play elements for our branches. I definitely highly recommend it and I look forward to the next vacation we will spend here and it will definitely not be our last. In addition, the communication and approach of the owner is priceless :) Thank you very much. We were here at the beginning of summer and for a while now in September :)

t	tas sky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had pleasure to stay at Chata Vaclavka. House is big. Living room is big. Space around the house is big and at the edge of the forest. Evenings are super quiet. There's swimming pool too, not too big but OK. Shopping and eating out in the town but walking for lazy tourists might a little bit of problem. Very recommend forms family with a dog. We stayed only in 4 but house could accommodate 8. Would return for sure!!! Hope you will enjoy same we did.
