I was in filial on Jungmanova street 2 times, and, unfortunately, there is one rude stuff girl, I’m not good at choosing the tea, and both time she was rude to me in answering. And she showed me her displeasure. And I felt myself stupid at this time. And I’m very sure that I’ll not go again to chatime. Because of that girl.
It would be better if you train your staff to be kind with guests. Thank you. I hope I could help someone to doesn’t feel himself stupid at this kind of situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for the first time last week and I didn’t know much about the ordering and the drinks there, but with the help of the cashier I ordered Thai milk tea and it’s now one of my favorite drinks. Overall the price is good, the staff were nice, will visit again ?.

Since I didn’t know what to order staff helped me with this and I really liked it. They asked me how much sugar do I want, which is really nice. Also I like the location, because it’s in the city center. Will visit again for sure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very impolite. Seeing guests entering, the staff did not ask what the guests wanted to drink. Stand talking to each other and treat guests as invisible. Even when they turned to look at the customer's face, they continued to stand and talk to each other. Only when the customers open their mouth to ask: "Can I order?" then the staff answered yes. Meanwhile the shop was very empty and everything was very dirty. Take the trash can, for example. Looks very unhygienic. Staff is too ignorant.
