★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zaplatila jsem za vycisteni kosile - vratili spinavou s vetou ze to vice neslo, ikdyz prebirali s tvrzenim ze to nebude problem. Znackovy drahy oblek vratili s roztrzenou kapsou a tvrdili ze jiz takto zniceny byl. Ani vraceni penez za cisteni, ani sebemensi snaha se domluvit. Jiz nikdy!!!!!
I paid for cleaning the shirts - they returned dirty with the sentence that it bore more, although they took over the claim that it would not be a problem. Znack's tracks returned the suit with a torn pocket, claiming that it had already been destroyed. Neither the money returned for cleaning, nor the slightest effort to agree. Never again !!!!!

Příjemné jednání, dodržení lhůt, nadstandardní provedení práce. Platby v hotovosti, akorát chybí bezbariérový vstup. I tak velmi doporučuji a rozhodně sem nepřestanu chodit.
Visited several times and I have always been 100% satisfied. I clearly rate 5 stars for a flawless professional approach. Pleasant negotiations, meeting deadlines, above-standard work. Payments in cash, just barrier-free entry. Even so, I highly recommend it and I will definitely not stop coming here.
