Pro nas mile necekane a prekvapujici, moc dekujeme! The amazing saleswoman, professionally educated in pediatric orthopedics, gave us beautiful advice, explained everything and was sympathetic and warm. Potom materiál, který byl na údržbu složitý, však dle prodavačky nejlepší. Když jsem projevila váhavost, prodavačka odnesla botu s tím, že končí prodej. Neochota, arogance, když nekoupíte, jste na obtíž. Zde již nenakoupím. For the second time, I encountered reluctance and arrogance. First the wrong size I asked for. Poradí jak s prvními botkami, tak s botkami pro starší děti. Každému dítěti se věnují individuálně. Sem tam si člověk počká, ale jsou dny, kdy nečekáte vůbec. Za mě velká spokojenost. Vždy do Lihovaru volám a zjišťuji, zda je tam paní Anička, protože vím, že to s dětmi umí a vždy ví pro které botky šáhnout, aby to byly ty správné. Moje kamarádky tam také jezdí a chtějí jen paní Aničku, protože v málokteré obuvi najdete někoho kdo se Vám ochotně věnuje, umí to s dětmi a ještě tomu rozumí. Moc tento obchod doporučuji, nemůžete udělat chybu, pokud narazíte právě na paní Aničku. Doufám, že to paní Anička bude číst, abych jí aspoň touto nepřímou cestou moc poděkovala za mne a mé kamarádky, které za ní jezdí až z Prahy. I always call the distillery and find out if Mrs. Anička is there, because I know that she can do it with children and she always knows which shoes to touch for so that they are the right ones. My friends also go there and only want Mrs. Anička, because in a few shoes you will find someone who is willing to take care of you, can do it with children and still understands it. I highly recommend this store, you can't make a mistake if you come across Mrs. Anička. I hope that Mrs. Anička will read it, so that I can thank her very much for me and my friends, who travel to her from Prague, at least in this indirect way.

Určitě se budeme vracet, neboť obuv vypadá velice kvalitně a ve velkém výběru jsme vybraly to pravé. Děkujeme. Absolute enthusiasm.
