★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paní doktorka milá a šikovná, stejně tak sestřička. Prostředí pro děti ideální, spousta hraček, knížek a jiných věcí k zabavení. ALE čekací doba téměř dvě hodiny, jak už někdo psal, je pro mě tedy nepřijatelná. Zvlášť když je člověk objednán.... Nechápu. Dokonce jedni z čekajících odešli asi po hodině a půl bez ošetření a s náběhem na infarkt. Chápu.
 Mrs. doctor nice and handy, as well as nurse. Ideal for children, lots of toys, books and other things to entertain. BUT waiting time of almost two hours, as someone wrote, is therefore unacceptable to me. Especially when a person is ordered .... I don't understand. Even some of the waiting people left after about an hour and a half without treatment and with a rush to the heart attack. I understand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ORL jsme navštívili s 6-měsíční dcerou. Přístup paní doktorky byl výborný, dceru ošetřila, nám vše vysvětlila. Na dalších kontrolách byla paní doktorka vždy dobře naladěná,sestřička usměvavá.
We visited the ENT with a 6-month-old daughter. The doctor's approach was excellent, she treated her daughter, she explained everything to us. At the next check-ups, the doctor was always in a good mood, the nurse smiling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsem navštívila toto ORL s dvoutýdenní dcerou. Musely jsme doplnit vyšetření sluchu. Objednané jsme byli na 9:45, přičemž 9:40 se nás ujala velmi milá a příjemná paní Lorencová - sestřička. Pomohla mi s kočárkem, dceru vyšetřila, celou dobu na ni mluvila vlídně a příjemně. Velké díky! ?
Today I visited this ENT with my two-week-old daughter. We had to complete a hearing test. We ordered at 9:45, while 9:40 we were received by a very nice and pleasant Mrs. Lorencová - nurse. She helped me with the pram, examined her daughter, and spoke kindly and pleasantly to her all the time. Big thanks! ?
