★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zdravíme pana doktora a sestřičku na chirurgii, kteří dnes ve večerních hodinách ošetřili našeho 6ti měsíčního syna - měl mnoho třísek v palci pravé ruky. Oceňuji jejich skvělý přístup, byl v dobrých rukách.

 Greetings to the doctor and nurse for surgery who treated our 6-month-old son tonight - he had many chips in the thumb of his right hand. I appreciate their great attitude, he was in good hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprostá nespokojenost, při příchodu jsem sdělila, že manželovi prasklo v koleni a od té doby na nohu nemůže došlápnout. Na RTG jsme byli během 20ti min hotoví a pak už jsme jen 4,5 hodiny čekali až nás pozvou do ordinace. To by se možná ještě dalo pochopit, ale to, že nám řeknou, že tam asi nějaký vazík natržený bude, ale oni to nepoznají, protože RTG fotí kosti a ne vazy, dali obinadlo, pod ním mastičku a za týden na kontrolu... Jsme v jiné nemocnici, již jsme na doporučení na Ortopedii a objednaní na Magnetickou rezonanci, úplně jiné postupy, mnohem profesionálnější. Chirurgii v nemocnici v Benešově rozhodně nedoporučuji!!!
Absolutely dissatisfied, when I arrived, I told her husband's knee had broken and couldn't step on her leg ever since. We were ready for X-rays in 20 minutes and then we just waited for 4.5 hours to invite us to the surgery. That might still be understandable, but the fact that they will tell us that there will probably be some ties there, but they will not recognize it, because X-ray pictures of bones and not ligaments, put bandages, ointment under it and a week to control ... We are in another hospital, we are on the recommendation of Orthopedics and ordered for Magnetic Resonance, completely different procedures, much more professional. Surgery at the hospital in Benešov is definitely not recommended !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doktor má odemne 5 hvězd, ale čekání čtyř a půl hodiny na jeden rentgen je na palici. Kort když se předemou prostřídá 2x celá čekárna a já tu tvrdnu s bolestmi.
The doctor has unlocked 5 stars, but waiting four and a half hours for one X-ray is on the mallet. The cort when the whole waiting room alternates twice and I harden here with pain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsem čekal na chirurgii přes tři hodiny. Dostal jsem zadanku na rentgen a pak znova hodinu a půl čekání. Žádné pořadí není. Berou pacienty jak se jim chce. Čekáte třeba dvě hodiny a přijde jiný pacient a toho vezmou hned. Viděl jsem že pacienti když to viděly říkaly že jedou radši do Prahy.
Benešov už nikdy???????
Today I've been waiting for surgery for over three hours. I got an X-ray ticket and then an hour and a half waiting again. There is no order. They take patients as they want. For example, you wait two hours and another patient comes in and takes it right away. I saw that when they saw it they said they were going to Prague.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udělejte si tam laskavě pořádek!!! Lidi tam trpí x hodin... hlavně, že je čas dát si obídek...žerte za chodu když pak nestíháte pacienty kteří přijedou s bolestmi!
Please tidy up there !!! People there suffer for x hours ... mainly because it's time to have lunch ... eat on the fly if you don't catch up with patients who come in pain!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přijeli jsme večer do benešovské chirurgické ambulance s miminkem (je mu 9 měsíců). Ten náš klučina pochopitelně plakal, ale nechali nás tam s ním vykysnout 4,5 hodiny v čekárně, aniž by tam byl nějaký urgentní případ a často byly ordinace prázdné (a před námi při příjezdu bylo celkem jen 8 lidí); bůhví, co tam dělali...
To je prostě otřesný a šílený přístup. Příště raději pojedeme do nějaké skutečné ambulance, i kdyby to byla cesta na hodinu, než někdy znovu tuhle parodii. Jestli se tohle platí z našich daní, tak to je ještě horší, než ty peníze spláchnout do toalety... Naprosto zbytečná nemocnice.
We arrived in the evening at the Benešov surgical outpatient clinic with a baby (he is 9 months old). Our boy, of course, wept, but they let us sour with him for 4.5 hours in the waiting room, without there being any urgency, and often the surgeries were empty (and there were only 8 people in front of us on arrival); God knows what they did there ...
This is just a horrible and crazy approach. Next time we'd rather go to some real ambulance, even if it's an hour's trip, than sometimes this parody again. If this is paid from our taxes, it's even worse than flushing the money down the toilet ... A completely useless hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chirurgické oddělení opět nezklamalo. Včera si dcera seřízla vršek prstu na kuch.kráječi ( vzato přez nehet, vyselo jen na kůži). Po příjezdu na chíru jsem ťukla na ordinaci a vysvětlila co se stalo. Po chvilce nás poslali na RTG, kde jsme strávili cca 10min. a vrátili se zpět. Před náma bylo asi tak 5 pacientů a po nás přišli další 4. Zajímalo by mě jak určují pořadí, ale rozhodně ne podle závažnosti. Asi si mysleli, že se dcera jen drobně řízla a že vlastně otravujeme zbytečně? Po hodině a čtvrt má trpělivost došla( dcerce už byla zima a motala se jí hlava), do ordinace brali dlašího pacienta, který přišel až po nás a závažnost zranění nebyla tak urgentní. Vrazila jsem za paní do ordinace a ozvala se jestli to myslí opravdu vážně, že dceři to stále krvácí a dělá se jí špatně - bylo mi řečeno, že vedle už připravují sálek ( hodinu!!!!) byla to vedlejší ordinace, kde se mezi tím vystřídali další 3 pacienti. Po hodině a půl jsme se konečně dostali na řadu ???
The surgical department did not disappoint again. Yesterday, her daughter cut her fingertip on the kitchen slicer (taken over her fingernail, it only cut on her skin). After arriving at the chira, I tapped the surgery and explained what had happened. After a while we were sent on an X-ray, where we spent about 10 minutes. and they returned. There were about 5 patients in front of us and another 4 came after us. I would like to know how they determine the order, but definitely not according to the severity. They probably thought that my daughter had only cut herself a little and that we were actually annoying unnecessarily. so urgent. I went to the doctor's office and asked if she meant it really seriously, that her daughter was still bleeding and feeling sick - I was told that they were already preparing a cup next door (an hour !!!!) it was a side surgery, where between this was replaced by another 3 patients. After an hour and a half, it was finally our turn ???
