★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes dopoledne přijdu do ordinace Říkám sestře že má můj otec problém na noze a bylo nám doporučeno jít na chirurgii. Odpověď sestry zní cituji žádnou špínu si sem nebereme a zabouchla dveře. Mě velké zklamání vždy lékař tátu osetril a teď takový přístup. Je mi z toho moc smutno. Každý chce prachy za nic a čistý a o zdraví lidí mu nejde.
This morning I come to the surgery I tell my sister that my father has a leg problem and we were recommended to go to surgery. The nurse's answer is quoting no dirt we take here and slamming the door. I have always had a great disappointment with my dad and now have such an approach. I'm very sad about it. Everyone wants money for nothing and clean and people's health can not.

The best doctor :) I can only recommend, I would never say that even during the procedure itself, a person can talk so well with both the doctor and the nurse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnešní návštěva ve mne vzbudila dojem, že sestra trpí syndromem vyhoření a vylévá si to na pacientech, asi by ji prospěla změna zaměstnání a ne chovat se jako arogantní neurvalec, a když odkazuje na nástěnku a její pravidla, tak by si je také mohla nejdříve přečíst sama. S panem doktorem jsem měl v minulosti dobré zkušenosti, ale díky chování sestry se raději příště podívám jinam.
Today's visit gave me the impression that the nurse suffers from burnout and pours it out on patients, perhaps changing her job and not acting like an arrogant brute, and when she refers to the bulletin board and its rules, she could also read it first alone. I had a good experience with the doctor in the past, but thanks to the nurse's behavior I would rather look elsewhere next time.
