★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restauraci na Chodovské tvrzi mám ráda. Tomáš Urban je bodrý muž, jeho kuchyně je výborná a jeho prezentace také. S přáteli jsme si ve čtvrtek 24.3.2022 po zážitkovém dni v NM, dali zážitkový gurmánský večer s lávovými kameny, bramboráčky, dukátky a pivem a bůhví, s čím ještě Díky, Tomáši Urbane, bylo to příjemné posezení a určitě přijdeme. Sláva masíčku na lávovém kameni z Etny! ?
 I like the restaurant at Chodov Fortress. Tomas Urban is a cheerful man, his cuisine is excellent and so is his presentation. On Thursday, March 24, 2022, after an adventure day in NM, my friends and I had an experiential gourmet evening with lava rocks, potato pancakes, ducats and beer, and God knows what else. Thanks, Tomáš Urban, it was a pleasant sitting and we will definitely come. Glory to the meat on the lava rock from Etna! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chodovská tvrz slouží jako centrum kultury pro okolní obyvatele, ale na divadelním představení jsem tu byl poprvé. Překvapil mě příjemný a klidný prostor nádvoří. Dávali Pánský klub a představení bylo vtipné, lehké a zábavné.
Chodov Fortress serves as a cultural center for the surrounding inhabitants, but I was here for the first time at a theater performance. I was surprised by the pleasant and quiet space of the courtyard. They gave the Men's Club and the show was funny, light and fun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jídlo výborné, obsluha taktéž na dobré úrovni. Celkový dojem může lehce snižovat jen vzezření sídlištní hospody.
Food excellent, service also at a good level. Only the appearance of a housing estate pub can slightly reduce the overall impression.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restauraci jsme navštívili podruhé a opět bylo vše naprosto skvělé. Velmi příjemná obsluha a jídlo v poměru cena/výkon naprosto úžasné.
We visited the restaurant for the second time and again everything was absolutely great. Very friendly service and food at a price / performance ratio absolutely amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chteli jsme si v nedeli po 18 h sednout ve ctyrech lidech na kavu a na jidlo po vstupu jsme si sedli uplne fozadu abychom personalu neprekazeli pri uklizeni stolu po male oslave.
Po zhruba 7 min kdy nas personal(starsi muz,nevychovany hulvat)a mlady kluk ignorovali, jsem se zeptal zda li bychom si mohli objednat.
Nato ten starsi neurvalec zrejme zvykly jeste za komunistu pohrdat hosty,odpovedel at tahnem a dame mu pokoj,ze musi uklizet!!!
Tohle jsem jeste nezazil,ale ten pan"majitel"jiste je v tomhle zbehly,hned nam jeste za proudu nadavek dal tip at to nezapomenem dat na site-takze to nebylo jeho prvni incident se zakazniky.Ano verim ze v urcitem veku je prace s lidmi namahava a narocna,ale tak at se tohle monstrum schova v kuchyni nebo jezdi u popelaru...tam je to jedno.
PS:A jeste se vsadim ze tenhle typ hospodskeho od rana do vecera breci a stezuje si ze nejsou hosti a skemra o podporu stat....
On Sunday, after 6 pm, we wanted to sit with four people for coffee, and after eating, we sat down at the back so as not to interfere with the staff cleaning the table after a small celebration.
After about 7 minutes when the staff (older man, rude clown) and the young boy ignored us, I asked if we could order.
Then the older junkie apparently used to despise the guests for the communist, he replied when I pulled and we would give him peace that he had to clean up !!!
I haven't experienced this yet, but the "owner" is certainly well-versed in this, right after the curse, he gave us a tip to not forget the data on the site - so it wasn't his first incident with customers. Yes, I believe that at a certain age people strive and hard, but whether this monster hides in the kitchen or rides in the garbage ... it doesn't matter.
PS: And I still bet that this type of pub from morning to evening cries and complains that there are no guests and I will ask for state support ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ History abounding in this multi-faceted fortress. Conference facilities, a concert hall, and a great little jazz club/pub/restaurant with good pub food and bar options. Good jazz to be heard there.
