★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objekt původní stanice, respektive její budova, stále stojí (v létě 2019) severněji.
Nový objekt strohý, menší, namísto čekárny pouze výklenek se střechou, což ovšem nemusí chránit při prudkém lijáku.
Plusem je samozřejmě vybudování nástupišť a systému mimoúrovňových podchodů. A to, že, na rozdíl od větších rekonstrukcí nádraží, je první kolej u budovy zpřístupněna na nástup do vlaků.

The building of the original station, or its building, still stands (in summer 2019) north.
New building austere, smaller, instead of waiting room only a niche with a roof, which, however, does not have to protect in a heavy downpour.
Plus, of course, is the construction of platforms and a system of underpasses. And that, unlike major railway station reconstructions, the first track next to the building is made accessible for boarding trains.

The railway line (Prague - Benešov u Prahy - České Budějovice) is a part of the IV. transit corridor and is one of the most important railway lines in the Czech Republic and it´s part from Prague to Benešov is designated 221 in a timetable. It was built as the Railway of Emperor Franz Joseph. You can find a waiting room for passengers, a national cash desk (in-card dispenser and card reader) and toilet in Chotoviny station building.
