Na plný počet hvězdiček mi chybí přehlednější web (masozrouti.cz nepočítám) a občas lepší domluva na čase rozvozu :) I have been ordering meat from Rak for almost 2 years and I am satisfied with their quality of service. Large selection of meat for a good price + I live on the route where it delivers free. I miss a clearer website at full number of stars (masozrouti.cz do not count) and sometimes better agreement on delivery time :)

Kočička prospívá a my jsme našli perfektního dodavatele kvalitních produktů. A vo tom to je :) For me everything absolutely cool, excellent agreement and delivery by agreement. Když můžete vyzvednout maso jen v určitou hodinu, stačí napsat poznámku k objednávce a vše je vyřízeno. Osobní výhoda je pro nás také doprava zdarma. Jako + stojí zmínit, že zasílají sms s orientační dobou příjezdu a před daným termínem ještě zavolají a upřesní čas na minuty. Vždy milé jednání. We have been ordering meat for barf from Rak for some time now and we are very satisfied with the trade. If you can only pick up the meat at a certain hour, just write a note about the order and everything is done. Free shipping is also a personal advantage for us. As + it is worth mentioning that they send an SMS with an approximate time of arrival and before the given date they will call and specify the time for minutes. Always nice meeting.

U zboží co není skladem je potřeba počítat s delší dodací dobou, ale jinak spokojenost s přístupem obchodu i jejich dopravou. Také mám čerstvou zkušenost s reklamací (na pohled neodhalitelná vada z výroby) a vše v pořádku vyřešeno. V tomto případě na úkor obchodu, za tento přístup i veřejně děkuji :-).
