★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Včera i dnes som navštívila vašu cukrárnu a musím povedat, ze horšiu obsluhu som este nezažila. Paní ani nepozdravila, nadávala a ked moj malý syn si poprosil zmrzlinu, tak sa este rozculovala. Taky človek tam nemá co robit ked sa nevie chovat. Šli sme tam teda i na druhy den a opät ta ista nemila paní s tým svojim chovaním. No bolo to nieco neskutocne aby obsluha bola naštvaná a nepříjemná ked pride zákazník a má obsluzit, na par facek a už nikdy viac!
I visited your patisserie yesterday and today and I must say that I have never experienced worse service. The lady didn't even greet her, cursing, and when my little son asked for ice cream, she was still pissed. You also have nothing to do there if you can't behave. So we went there for the next day and again the lady didn't have the same behavior. Well, it was something unbelievable that the service was upset and unpleasant when the customer came and had to serve, a couple of times and never again!
