 Maximum satisfaction. Professional and highly qualified staff who sells more and really understands. They advise, demonstrate and there is no problem with anything. The positive feeling of the visit is enhanced by the cozy boutique interior. I'm happy to come back here.

The shop is run and owned by watch enthusiasts and this is clearly reflected by the superb service on offer. Fluent English is spoken and enquiries are handled promptly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was visiting Prague from Canada.And decided to see if anyone sold squale or steinhart in a retail store.Because those 2 brands dont sell in stores in canada, only online.To my surprise i found through google this nice watch boutique that specialises in brands like steinhart squale damasko sinn seiko etc. I messaged them on facebook before i got to prague , they were very helpfull and answered my multiple questions and put some watches on hold for me.when i got to prague i streetviewed the street that the business was on. And was confused that its on a residential street.In canada we dont really have regular retail businesses in such location.But once i got there , it was a very pleasant location and the really nice watch store was on the second floor of that residential building. Great boutique with a pleasant view. The staff were great and the selection was amazing.I left the store with a great timepiece.

The guys all know their watches and they so willing to help answer any questions. Thank you for a wonderful experience, gentlemen. We're thrilled with our watches. Prost!

I was speaking with Honza the whole time, right from my queries online (FB) to when I visited personally.
Every single question was heard out and responded to with patience and professionalism.
Their store houses pre-owned and brand new watch pieces (Swiss, German, Japanese watches as far as I can remember)
I ended up buying a pre-owned Breitling, one I had my eyes on featured in their online Facebook page.
The transaction was very smooth and there weren't any sales tactics used to convince me of something I wasn't sure about.
The displayed watch was handed over for trial & inspection. I got to verify the documentation and understood about the service history big this particular piece.
Once I was convinced with the hardware and the literature, we proceeded to making the payment and to my relief they accept cards.
(also managed to get a small discount ? )
Overall an amazing experience, will definitely visit again when in Prague next.
Highly recommended a visit for any enthusiastic/potential watch buyer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ what a wonderful experience i had , the incite yakub had was clearly his knowledge of watches and his love for then , he has acutely been to the Seiko factory in japan and i assume others , its so comforting to meet someone who has seen how watches are made ,
The shop is off the beaten track in a neighborhood of Prague
Its important to make an appointment in advance ,
for me it was an adventure , , and a visit worth while " I bought a watch which was me" . if your looking for an experience i warmly recommend this to you
