★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Služba, která má smysl. Dnes ráno si maminka zapomněla hodinky s SOS tlačítkem v nabíječce. Operátorka zavolala, jestli je vše v pořádku. Pak se zeptala se, jak se má a co měla k obědu. Na mamince bylo znát, jak je spokojená, že se někdo o ní zajímá. Tímto děkuji za skvělou péči..... a starostlivost o naše seniory.
 A service that makes sense. This morning, my mother forgot her watch with the SOS button in the charger. The operator called to see if everything was in order. Then she asked how she was doing and what she had for lunch. It was obvious to her mother how happy she was that someone was interested in her. Thank you for the great care ..... and care for our seniors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po několika nepříjemných zkušenostech ve smyslu "Nemohu se některému z rodičů už půl dne dovolat! Co se mu mohlo stát?!" mám konečně jistotu, že se za 1. nic nestalo a za 2. že se v nouzi dovolám na ty dohledové hodinky, protože je mají rodiče stále na ruce a stále nabité.

After several unpleasant experiences in the sense of "I can't call one of my parents for half a day! What could have happened to him ?!" I am finally sure that nothing happened for the first one and for the second time that I would call the surveillance watch in an emergency, because my parents still have it on their hands and are still charged.
