★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Několikrát jsem volal vyzvánění jim to tam a nebyli schopni ani odpovědět... danou CK Cicala nedoporučuji jelikož se neumí postavit a ani vyjádřit k situaci k jejich zájezdu do rizikových oblastí
Several times I called ringing them there and they were not even able to answer ... CK Cicala I do not recommend because they can not stand or comment on the situation for their trip to risk areas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tato cestovní kancelář není absolutně schopna ani ochotna postarat se o své klienty ve stávající situaci, dokonce ani nezvedá telefony a neodpovídá na e-maily, zkrátka dělají mrtvého brouka. Navíc zatímco v Itálii propukla epidemie a česká vláda nedoporučovala cestovat do těchto oblastí, CK Cicala bagatelizovala rizika a pokračovala v přepravě osob do rizikových oblastí (a později zpět). Nedoporučuji.
This travel agency is neither absolutely capable nor willing to take care of its clients in the current situation, nor does it answer the phone or respond to e-mails, they simply make a dead beetle. Moreover, while in Italy an epidemic broke out and the Czech government did not recommend traveling to these areas, Cicala traveled down the risks and continued to transport people to the risk areas (and later back). Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tato paní mi při objednávání zájezdu pětkrát skočila do řeči, aby se mi pochlubila, že je Italka, chtěla jsem dokončit objednávku, ale paní na důkaz svého původu začala fanaticky vykřikovat náhodná italská slova jako: mozzarelaaaa, straciatella, prontooo... Nevím, co si myslet :(.
When ordering the trip, this lady jumped into my speech five times to show me that she was Italian, I wanted to complete the order, but the lady began to shout randomly Italian words like: mozzarelaaaa, straciatella, prontooo ... do you think :(.
