Ředitel firmy se nezvládá chovat slušně na telefonu, neumí reagovat na situaci a potenciálního klienta odradí arogantním a nepříjemným tónem.
Takovéto jednání nelze očekávat ani od posledního pikolíka v té nejhorší putyce, natož od ředitele firmy!
Milý pane Jirko, naučte se chovat slušně, pak možná lidé uvěří, že jste také poctivý a že by s Vámi měli chtít spolupracovat. V opačném případě si podřezáváte větev sám pod sebou.
