Noodles are excellent, very nice and soft. Meat is prepared specially for the soup, no fried left overs, just extremely tasty think slices.
Stock is slightly on the bland side, but you can adjust heat every time to make up for it, go for ?? ?, it's manageable even for casual eater.
Topped with fresh bean sprouts, onion and chopped leek.
