I have a very bad experience with the company, they behave arrogantly, clean up only a few first meters of pipelines during the contract, they have charged 18 meters of cleaning and misused the fact that the contract was a colleague who was not technically competent and paid the amount. I do not recommend.

We have a very bad experience with this company. By unintentional interference, we destroyed the sewage system, caused a flood and left. We had to hire another company to put everything in order. The subsequent resolution of our complaint with the business executive was unpleasant and lacked any rationality (though we destroyed it, but it is your fault). I really can not recommend this business.

For several years now, they have been disposing of trapped waste from a poorly designed sump for the area and complete satisfaction. With demand from other companies, I was rejected because of the complexity. At Hercik and the Cross nobody solved it, whether complex and less profitable. Thank you for your excellent cooperation.

I was extremely satisfied with the speed of order processing. As well as communication and the resulting documentation. I ordered the company to check the sewer pipes. I recommend :)

The company has a large amount of technology and well-trained employees in the field. Willingness to help and the problem to solve everything is just about communication and helpfulness of both parties (client / company). For me a great plus is the weekend emergency that the company has.

Edit: The very next day after the publication of the review, we were contacted by the owner, whose reaction exceeded our expectations. Factual, professional, without a hint of blaming the customer (us). We agreed on another day to repeat the event. We were only charged for the camera survey (which we ordered in addition), the trip and cleaning were free as part of the "complaint". This time everything went well, the passage is cleared and we learned what we needed. So overall, I rate it positively, and I can recommend that if it comes out the first time, it's not about anything. On the other hand, such an approach is often not seen in the Czech Republic, thanks for it and I keep my fingers crossed. - Original Review (one star) Unfortunately, I cannot be positive. Although we agreed on 10 o'clock, at 10:15 the gentlemen called that they would arrive in half an hour. It's not perfect, but so be it. Confusing a surname with a street is more of a smile. The 15m hose disappeared into the rainwater inspection shaft (although it is about 4m from the edge of the plot and the rain sewer next to the sidewalk is another 2m away) just to find out that the water is coming back around the pipe (which we knew, that's why we called the company ). But mostly no advice. Unfortunately, no one thought at that moment to go and look into the drain in the sidewalk, what was happening there, and by the time the gentlemen began to examine it, the hose was already pulled out. No one even thought where the 15m hose could go (although I claimed several times that the connection worked in the past summer and that it leads to the rain sewer). And the clogged hole from the sewer, which was seen when examining the drain in the sidewalk, was marked as "there is no hole, it's just fallen concrete." It wasn't just the fallen concrete. So overall: thank you for the quality rinsing of the 8m rainwater led next to the sidewalk, which unfortunately did not need it at all. The connection from the plot remained clogged and we had to clean it on our own. I know that every general is after the battle, but we still pay professionals just to help solve problems that we can't deal with on our own. In this case, unfortunately, this was not the case and it was enough to see if the water enters the rain sewer. It is easier to recommend a camera survey for three times the price of cleaning, which would probably find that the connection is clogged ... Not to be negative, plus and praise for the dispatch center, with whom there was a quick and good agreement and a flexible response to the possibility of arranging a camera survey.
