P	Pavel Krejčí on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, pokud si někdo chce nechat vyčistit kusový koberec, tak doporučuji si vybrat jinou firmu než tuto. Jak píší na svém webu "Potřebujete vyčistit koberce ? Stačí zavolat a nebo rovnou odvézt kusový koberec do Podlahové centra Praha Strašnice a my se o vše postaráme." Dali jsme do čistírny vyčistit starší koberec ručně dělaný. Do čistírny jsme jej dali 31.8.2019. Zaplatili jsme zálohu 700 Kč a pán u obsluhy nám nevystavil daňový doklad ale zálohovou fakturu se splatností 14 dní, takže jsme neměli vůbec doklad na zaplacenou hotovost. Řekli nám, že čištění bude nějaký čas trvat. Několikrát jsem jim do čistírny volal. Slečna na recepci mi řekla, že informaci žádnou neví, že ji zjistí a dá mi vědět, už mi nezavolala. Následně jsem se dovolal druhý den a kolega mi sdělil, že čištění koberce řeší se specializovanou prodejnou a že cena za čištění bude minimálně o 700 Kč dražší a že koberec bude do 14 dní hotový. Toto pondělí 21.10.2019 jsem do čistírny opět po 14 dnech volal. Když jsem se ptal na stav koberce, tak mi řekli, že ještě není hotový. Sdělil jsem jim, že si pro koberec chci druhý den přijet a požaduji vrácení peněz. Po skoro dvou měsících na koberec firma ani nesáhla. Když jsem do čistírny přijel druhý den, tak mi vrátili zálohu a koberec, který byl ve stejném stavu jako před 2 měsíci, když jsem jim ho tam dával na vyčistění. Následně jsem koberec odvezl do jiné čistírny v Praze, kde mi odborník na koberce sdělil, že koberec je plný čerstvých molích vajíček. Že koberec bude nutné důkladně vyčistit a cena za čištění bude okolo 9000 Kč. Pán mi řekl, že kdyby byl v mé situaci, tak by si to nenechal líbit a od čistírny by požadoval odškodnění. Proto pokud si chcete nechat vyčistit koberec, tak si najděte jinou čistírnu a této se raději vyhněte. Vychloubají se na svém webu, že jsou specialisté a umí čistit koberce a místo toho vám koberec ještě více zničí. We put it into the treatment plant on 31.8.2019. We paid a deposit of 700 CZK and the master at the service did not issue us a tax document but an advance invoice with a maturity of 14 days, so we had no document for the cash paid. They told us that cleaning will take some time. I called them several times in the dry cleaners. Miss at the reception told me she didn't know any information, she'd find out and let me know, she didn't call me again. Then I reached the next day and my colleague told me that cleaning the carpet deals with a specialist shop and that the price of cleaning will be at least 700 CZK more expensive and that the carpet will be ready in 14 days. This Monday, October 21, 2019, I called again after 14 days. When I asked about the condition of the carpet, they told me it wasn't finished yet. I told them I wanted to arrive for the carpet the next day and demand a refund. After almost two months, the company did not even touch the carpet. When I arrived at the dry cleaners the next day, they returned my deposit and carpet, which was in the same condition as 2 months ago when I gave it to them for cleaning. Subsequently, I took the carpet to another treatment plant in Prague, where the carpet specialist told me that the carpet was full of fresh moths of eggs. That the carpet will need to be thoroughly cleaned and the price for cleaning will be around 9000 CZK. The Lord told me that if he were in my situation he would not like it and would demand compensation from the treatment plant. Therefore, if you want to have the carpet cleaned, then find another dry cleaner and this one better avoid. They boast on their website that they are specialists and can clean carpets and instead destroy the carpet even more.
