★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nikdy vice, dnes se mi vratila z cistirny perova bunda za 13000Kc a odrhane vsechny brukry (cvoky) u bundy, pred cistenim jsem na to upozornoval, at si na to daji pozor, ze si klidne priplatim. Rekli mi at si to zadelam fixem jako opravu!!!
Never again, today a feather jacket came back from the tank for 13000 CZK and all the tufts (studs) on the jacket were torn off, before cleaning I warned you to make sure that I would pay extra. They told me to put it on with a marker as a repair !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po vyčištění se nám oblek vrátil s naprosto otlučenými a rozbitými knoflíky (padly prakticky všechny, velké na zapínání i ozdobné na rukávech) a bylo nám řečeno, že "nemáme jak dokázat jejich vinu" jinými slovy vy*erte si oko a neotravujte.
Navíc byl pomačkaný a s puštěným švem, jednoduše vypadá jako by ho prostě vrazili do pračky. Při té představě se jen divím, že nedošel ještě větší újmy.
Zde už NIKDY více!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manžel si nechal bundu na úklid, měl si ji vyzvednout 27.11., ale majitelka je bohužel nemocný, což chápu, ale mohla jste mu dát vědět telefonicky. Poté tam byl znovu a stále bylo zavřeno Kdybych mu nekoupila druhou bundu, chodil by v tom samém mikinu v mrazech -1 stupně! Doufám, že letos budu moci vzít bundu od manžela zpět !?
