★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chemická rychločistína oděvů s milou obsluhou. Ceny na můj vkus poněkud vyšší. Poněkud mě zarazilo, že obsluha na všech 3 čištěných kusech (1x péřová bunda, 2x vlněný kabát) našla něco, co vedlo k tomu, že jsem musel dát souhlas k čištění na vlastní nebezpečí, i když bylo na všech kusech oděvů štítek s pokyny k chemickému čištění.
Termín dodání jsou dva dny.
Chemical fast cleaning of clothes with friendly service. Prices for my taste a bit higher. I was a little taken aback that the staff on all 3 cleaned pieces (1x down jacket, 2x wool coat) found something that led me to have to consent to cleaning at my own risk, even though all pieces of clothing had a label with instructions for dry cleaning.
Delivery time is two days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V podstatě bez problémů. Jen nevím co si myslet o chemickém čištění, které doporučuje výrobce. U dvou zimních bund mi bylo řečeno, že hrozí poškození a doporučují vyprat v pračce mokrou cestou. U bundy ze Zary to chápu, u bundy od Alpha Industries už jsem to nepochopila. Bylo mi řečeno že případnou závadu po čištění chemicky musím reklamovat u výrobce. Musela jsem tedy podepsat papír, že souhlasím s čištěním, které výrobce neuvádí a případné škody nemám možnost reklamovat u nikoho....Závěr: Chcete bundu vyčistit tak, jak to uvádí výrobce. Jdete proto do čistírny. Tam Vám ale řeknou, že to nedoporučují a navrnou bundu vyprat v pračce. Tak já nevím....?
Bundy samozřejmě v pořádku, jen si nejsem jistá, zda ta mokrá cesta neporušila určité funkce materiálu.
Basically no problems. I just don't know what to think about chemical cleaning recommended by the manufacturer. Two winter jackets were told that they were in danger of being damaged and recommended to wash the machine in a wet way. I understand the Zara jacket, I didn't understand it with the Alpha Industries jacket. I was told that I have to complain about a possible defect after cleaning with the manufacturer. So I had to sign the paper, that I agree with the cleaning that the manufacturer does not mention and I have no possibility to claim damages to anyone .... Conclusion: You want to clean the jacket as stated by the manufacturer. So you go to the dry cleaner. But they will tell you that they do not recommend it and wash your soft jacket in a washing machine. So I don't know .... ?
Of course, the jackets are fine, but I'm not sure if the wet road has broken some material functions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Před několika lety jsem dávala čistit svatební šaty. Právě jsem je prodala a rozbalila před paní z igelitu z čistírny a obě jsme tedy byly v šoku. Spodní vrstva šatů špinavá. Dobře, dejme tomu, třeba se nepodařilo vyčistit… ale to, že v krajce v šatech byly zapíchané kousky trávy a jehličí (které jsem sama vytáhla rukou), k tomu už nemám co říct…
A few years ago, I had my wedding dress cleaned. I just sold them and unpacked them in front of the plastic lady from the dry cleaners, so we were both shocked. The bottom layer of the dress is dirty. Well, let's say it may not have been cleaned… but the fact that there were pieces of grass and needles stuck in the lace in the dress (which I pulled out with my hand), I have nothing more to say…
