The information center is at the level in terms of promotional materials and also staff. Employees are knowledgeable in the area and can professionally advise on hiking and cycling trails. They can also advise on what to visit.

Nabízí základní a doplňkové služby, regionální literaturu, široký výběr pohlednic, turistické i cyklistické mapy, upomínkovou keramiku a různé suvenýry. Pro návštěvníky jsou zde připraveny turistické známky, sběratelské magnetky, mince, turistické vizitky, turistické deníky a turistická razítka. Městské informační centrum provozuje v turistickou sezónu půjčovnu horských kol.
The Municipal Information Center in Bystřice pod Hostýnem is located in the forecourt of the chateau. It offers basic and additional services, regional literature, a wide selection of postcards, hiking and biking maps, souvenir ceramics and various souvenirs. For visitors, there are tourist stamps, collectible magnets, coins, tourist business cards, tourist diaries and tourist stamps. The city information center runs a mountain bike rental during the tourist season.
