★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vždy výborná zkušenost, rozumné ceny a hlavně luxusní vozidla. Jen Škoda, že prý budou jejich luxusní Audi končit. Nechtěli bychom poté jezdit s jinou taxisluzbou. Chromek.
/Edit/: tento týden využita služba premium...přijede Superb..kdysi býval Superb standard a ne, že mi přijede za vyšší cenu než dříve.. zlaté vozy MB a Audi.. příště asi s konkurencí
 Always an excellent experience, reasonable prices and especially luxury vehicles. It's a pity that their luxury Audi will end. Then we would not want to travel with another taxi service. Chromek.
/ Edit /: the premium service was used this week ... the Superb will come ... it used to be a Superb standard and not that it will come to me at a higher price than before .. gold cars MB and Audi .. next time probably with competition

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maximální spokojenost. Objednal jsem si city taxi exclusive, přijel pro mě příjemný řidič pan Lukáš (měl vůz č.103). Choval se mile, dobře jsme si popovídali. ALE!! Co chci opravdu pochválit je, že mi vypadl z kapsy po vystupování větší finanční obnos a řidič mi po 5 minutách od vysazení zavolal, že tam našel peníze a musí být určitě moje, protože předtím vůz kontroloval. Tímto mu patří mé velké díky. Když taxi, tak jedině city taxi!!! Pavel.
Maximum satisfaction. I ordered a city taxi exclusive, a pleasant driver Mr. Lukáš arrived for me (he had car no. 103). He was nice, we talked well. BUT!! What I really want to praise is that a larger amount of money fell out of my pocket after getting out, and the driver called me 5 minutes after dropping out, that he had found money there and it must have been mine, because he had checked the car before. This is my big thanks to him. When a taxi, only a city taxi !!! Pavel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the drivers in a previous generation Superb saloon on a trip from the Castle to Holesovice station dropped us off in traffic and when it started flowing again did not allow us to get back on. We had to walk 500m to the station while having to pay the full fare.

I paid the bill in czeck money and He gave me hungarian money back...when i called the company to complain they told me that the cannot identify him And They Hung up the Phone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst taxi experience. 1.6 km ride without traffic cost us 500 czk. The driver tried 4 times to lengthen the ride and I had to argue with him, with my GPS in hand). He forced us to pay him 500 czk because of a fake "weekend fixed price" and wouldn't give us any receipt. He wouldn't give us our luggage if we didn't pay him the 500 czk. I attached the photos of the taxi.
The ride back cost us 240 czk, with AAA, 15% tip included.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad taxi experience and worse customer service! We called mini van taxi from Smichov to another side river for transporting a bed frame ( it is about 3km). The quote I got is around 495kc, and waiting time starts charge after 5 min. We were earlier and quick without any extra waiting time. The driver charged us 580kc without any explanation (I assume it was language barrier). I called customer service to clarify this, the woman said there’s 6 minutes waiting time according to the driver, it should be 530kc, and it should has sent to my phone by SMS. I said I didn’t receive any such message. She asked my email address for further contact which I never received anything from City Taxi, I called twice, the woman on the phone always said it will take time to communicate with the driver company. After four, five days, she basically just hanged up my phone, switched to another customer service who claimed baby understand what I said….
Strongly Not recommended!!! Never again!
