Za hodinu pozdeji odber udelan v City lab na Praze 1, kde byla pani naopak velice profesionalni a odber proveden hned. City Lab Hradcanska - A very unprofessional and arrogant lady who cannot work in the patient's internal system and instead of asking for the help of a colleague, she would rather fire the client without apology. An hour later, the collection was done in the City Lab in Prague 1, where the lady, on the other hand, was very professional and the collection was carried out immediately.

Po otestování si pán, který testuje, ani nevyměnil rukavice a ani nepoužil dezinfekci, což mi přijde, vzhledem k situaci, naprosto tristní!!!!!!!! CityLab Uhříněves - in a word DISASTER. Přijedu tam dnes ve 13 h a na dveřích papírová cedulka - dne 1.6. otevřeno pouze do 12:00. Jak za socialismu :-( Citylab - collection point poliklika Hvězdova 1601. Opening hours Mon – Fri 7.00–14.00 are listed on the Citylab website. I will arrive there today at 1 pm and a paper sign on the door - on 1.6. open only until 12:00. Jak za socialismu :-(

Cca v 8h rano,cekal jsem asi 4min., prijemne prostredi, sestricky velmi sympaticke-skoda rousek:) Odber krve bezbolestny a rychly.Nemam si absolutne na co stezovat. Za me velka spokojenost. Dekuji CityLab-Poliklinika Lipa. About 8 o'clock in the morning, I was waiting about 4 minutes, pleasant environment, sister very nice-skoda rousek :) Blood collection painless and fast. I have absolutely nothing to go for. Great satisfaction for me. Thank you

Bohužel potřebuju zjistit výsledky a na stránkách mají čas od 6hod. i s číslem na které když jsem teď volala, tak paní na telefonu byla očividně vytočena a arogantní, že volám do nemocnice a výsledky si mám volat po 7 hodině! Tak proč tam je pak na ně číslo? Proč tam není info, že voláte do nemocnice? Hlavně do jaký? Poliklinika a nemocnice jsou 2 různé věci. Já nemám čas tam volat ale hned věci vyřešit...kks... To je moc...Takže volala jsem po 7a teď mi to zvedala jiná slečna/páni a ta byla vstřícná a příjemná i když bylo brzo... Jdu pro výsledky osobně, bohužel nemůžu čekat... Unfortunately, I need to find out the results and the site has time from 6 p.m. even with the number that when I called now, the lady on the phone was obviously dialed and arrogant that I was calling the hospital and the results I had to call after 7 o'clock! So why is there a number for them then? Why isn't there info that you're calling the hospital? Especially what? Polyclinic and hospital are 2 different things. I don't have time to call there but solve things right away ... kks ... That's a lot ... So I called after 7 and now another lady / gentlemen picked it up for me and she was helpful and pleasant even though it was soon ... I'm going for results in person, unfortunately I can not wait ...
