Keď to vidia a počujú?? K	Karel Novotný on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dne 24. 6. 2019 jsem byl se svoji manželkou na cizinecké policii v oddělení azylové politiky. Zažil jsem podle mého soudu velice nevhodné chování ke klientům. Paní v civilních šatech (neznám její příjmení, protože na dveřích ani na jejich šatech nebyla jmenovka) se chovala k cizincům velice arogantně, křičela na ně a bouchala před nimi dveřmi. Vrcholem bylo, když posledním klientům nesdělila, že je již neobslouží. Ačkoliv na dveřích bylo napsáno, že poslední klienty obsluhují do 16:15 (pracovní doba v pondělí trvá do 17:00). Za dveřmi byl slyšet rozhovor pracovnic tohoto oddělení, přesto žádná z nich nesdělila klientům, že již nemají čas a evidentně je nechala schválně čekat, ačkoliv oni ťukali na dveře. Stačilo pouze říci, že dnes již není možné jejich žádosti vyhovět a přeobjednat je na jiný termín. Z výše uvedeného jsem se jako Čech velice styděl za jednání především zmíněné paní. Toto chování ve mně evokovalo nikoliv situaci v současné ČR, ale v nějakém jiném prostoru a čase...Myslím si, že jako stát jsme již někde jinde a uvažuji, že tuto zkušenost sdělím vyšším orgánům. Bylo by příhodné, aby se i toto oddělení drželo kréda policie ČR: Pomáhat a chránit... On June 24, 2019, I was with the wife of the Foreign Police in the Asylum Department. Although it has been written on the door that the last clients are served by 16:15 (working hours on Monday until 17:00). Behind the door there was a conversation from the staff of this department, yet none of them told the clients that they had no more time and apparently left them on purpose, though they tapped the door. All you had to do was say that it is no longer possible to meet their requests today and reorder them for another term. From the above, as a Czech, I was very ashamed of the actions of the aforementioned lady. This behavior evoked in me not the situation in the current Czech Republic, but in some other space and time ... I think that as a state we are somewhere else and I think that I will communicate this experience to higher authorities. It would be appropriate for this department to adhere to the Czech police credo: To help and protect ...
