I do not recommend the branch in Hradec Králové at all. First, the employee promised us a change of destination, that it will be completely calm even 14 days before the holiday. When I found out that for health reasons we could not fly (no one cares even if you have a doctor's certificate) to Africa and we wanted to make a change, we were at the branch where Mr. was no longer and there was a new lady who did not know who was beating because there was the first day, and no one seemed to chase her. There, the management of the branch told us over the phone that the change of destination takes place 45 days before departure, so we are unlucky. Mr. got fired because he made a few problems there and we shouldn't have trusted him to read the terms and conditions. So why do they have employees there when clients don't trust them? So we sold the trip so that we would not lose 50% of the cancellation, but only a part of it, and we went to this office again to solve a new trip to another destination. The new lady was already at the branch with the branch manager, who was probably trying to overwhelm her. From listening to the phone call with other clients, it was clear to me that such untrained employees are the worst you can meet when arranging your vacation. Again, the young lady didn't even know what she was saying, and the manager spoke to her about the show and corrected her for telling her clients badly. Then he hung up and we started dealing with our new vacation. I didn't know if I should laugh or cry, in the end we worked out some results, but if I didn't find everything, the lady would probably not tell me anything. I hope that we will leave and everything will be fine, because for 14 days I do nothing but solve the mistakes of this trip every day

Very reluctant lady saleswoman ? I think we will skip this branch or rather the whole travel agency next time. ?

Mrs. Václavíková / Václavková was very reluctant and absolutely did not show interest in selling the trip, which a worker in the Czech Republic would certainly have… I do not recommend this branch… We went to Pardubice and there everything was excellent…
