★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have great experience with ClaimCloud. I had a flight from Frankfurt to HongKong and to Cebu with one asian airline (CX) and the connecting flight we missed due to delay from Frankfurt. They gave me ticket to next flight to Cebu, but we spend in HKG 9 hours of waiting. Didnt you know that still you can receive a copmensation? YES, you can. ClaimCloud helped me to get 3x600EUR as compensation for lost day of our holiday. Yes they are not doing this for free, but its safe to try. They handled our case very quickly, and proffessionally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have very good experience with ClaimCloud. We as a group of 10 people had flight from Munich to Liberia via Houston. Due to delay from Munich, we missed our connection in Houston to Liberia and eventhough we recieved new tickets, accommodation and meal allowance from Airlines, we were still entitled for compensation, because we missed one day of our vacation in Costa Rica. We contacted Claim Cloud immediately to help us with the case. They guided us what needed to be done and helped us with all forms filling. The process and communication with Claim Cloud was very easy and pleasant. However it almost took 9 months until we got our compensation that we had been promissed, but ClaimCloud notified us in advance that this might have been the case. So overall very satisfied with services they provide.
