Room is pretty Clean, staffs are friendly.
Television not working, time to change to a new one it’s jumping...
Air-condition not fully working 2/3 machines are working, 1 completely down despite all windows closed, card inserted to main power supply.
Still recommend this friendly and location prime place. ?☝?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is in a very good location. Very clean rooms and effective air conditioning. Underground parking for customers is also included. The downside of the room are some ill-considered electric sockets (they are not next to the bed).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Boss who knows the value of good food and excellent kitchen has had one of his biggest surprises. The best risotto he has had so far. And what a surprise... in Olomouc and not in Italy. Great hotel with excellent kitchen. Thank you for your hospitality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not feel welcome. Arrived late at night and needed a room but I almost needed to persuade the reception to let me in and allow me to pay a full price for few hours of sleep. 1 extra check out hour = 250 czk.
What surprised me was the fact that parking was not included in the price. 150 extra on my check out without anyone telling me this.
Restaurant and room itself was fine, but people's approach at the reception not so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was big enough as I was traveling alone. The bathroom could have done with an update hence 1 star reduction. I felt overall standard of the hotel was very high however and would gladly return in the future. Breakfast was reasonable and coffee was very good. There was a good enough selection. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, they accommodated my needs very well, and felt very welcome. The local area has many restaurants and a big train station within 200m,l. There was no disturbances from local activity.

I tried to contact this hotel dozens of times ..... answered by a voice mail inviting you to wait because the operators are all busy ..... after about ten minutes (not always the same ...) the call is closed ..... it is not possible that there is no answer to Monday ..... 17:30 if this is the 'anticipation of the service you offer .... best avoided. hotel ... there are many ... it is perhaps with greater desire to work ....
