R	Retingr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEDOPORUČUJI! Mnou požadované šetrné čištění značkové bundy proběhlo katastrofálně. Bunda zapáchala, měla seprané barvy, ošoupané patenky a místy spálený kožíšek. Patrně perou všechny věci dohromady, bez ohledu na instrukce udávané výrobcem na cedulce ošacení a poté je nejspíše i stejným způsobem vhodí do sušičky. Během mého poukazování na zničení věci, byla obsluha velmi nekorektní a měla slušně řečeno nevybíravé chování a to i navzdory jejímu pokročilému věku. Reklamaci, kterou vyřizovali 30 dní (dle zákonné lhůty), odmítli uznat. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! The gentle cleaning of the branded jacket requested by me was catastrophic. The jacket smelled, its colors washed, its patches scuffed, and its fur burned in places. Apparently they wash all the things together, regardless of the instructions given by the manufacturer on the clothing sign, and then they probably throw them in the dryer in the same way. During my pointing to the destruction of the thing, the staff was very incorrect and politely speaking indiscriminately, despite her advanced age. They refused to acknowledge the complaint, which they settled for 30 days (according to the legal deadline).
M	Martina Kučerová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Čistírnu rozhodně nedoporučuji!!!! Zničili mi bundu a reklamaci jejich neprofesionální služby řeším již 5 měsíců!!! Komunikace probíhá pouze prostřednictvím pošty(na každou odpověď si majitel nechává 30 dní), telefon na majitele jsem nedostala a nikdo z personálu není prý kompetentní reklamace řešit. Majitel od začátku roku 2021 přestal komunikovat úplně. I definitely do not recommend the dry cleaning !!!! They ruined my jacket and I have been dealing with complaints about their non-professional service for 5 months now !!! Communication takes place only by mail (the owner keeps 30 days for each answer), I did not receive a phone call from the owner and none of the staff is said to be competent to deal with complaints. The owner stopped communicating completely from the beginning of 2021.
