★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Děsné. Na první pohled se firma jeví seriózně, ale je to pouze naleštěná bída. Vzniklé problémy vůbec nechtějí řešit. Už 3 měsíce čekáme na zaplacení posledního nájmu. Byt nejsou schopni ani po 3 měsících dát do pořádku jen firma (hlavně pan Šimánek) stále dokola slibují.
 Terrible. At first glance, the company seems serious, but it is only a polished misery. They do not want to solve the problems at all. We have been waiting for 3 months to pay the last rent. Even after 3 months, only the company (especially Mr. Šimánek) is still able to put the apartment in order.
