3 months ago, for my birthday, I received a voucher from my daughter to visit a hair clinic. Since I'm 70, I thought they couldn't help me anymore. My daughter still insisted on my visit because she knew my hair was bothering me. I have not experienced such an amazing environment and the approach of all the staff anywhere for a long time. Mrs. Trichologist thoroughly explained everything to me and prescribed the bark for daily use the first month and the next two months every other day (Genetics stem cells). It scared me a little, but when I went into it and it cost me a lot of money, I was consistent. After three months of checking where I had my photos stored, I wasn't surprised. I knew that my hair had improved, but I had forgotten how terrible it was. I'm really happy because I was afraid I'd end up with a wig. Among other things, they also have a great hairdresser who knows how to take care of problematic hair. I highly recommend.

Pros: nice specialist, interesting experience, we found a shampoo that suits my hair (I must say that the shampoo has a higher price, but the surroundings notice that the hair looks healthier). I can also highly recommend vitamins. Cons: when I didn't like one product, which they obviously use for clients on a regular basis, it seemed to me as if she was suddenly lost and didn't know what to offer or do next ...

My first trichological examination, and I probably had high expectations, anyway, I'm sure I didn't just throw CZK 800 like that out the window. I didn't really know anything about my hair, except for information that I could have read anywhere on Google a long time ago. Quick and general information and somehow vague conclusion and diagnosis of my problem - stress. Again, all the questions I had were answered quite vaguely and generally. After that, however, with great effort, about half an hour, I was presented with several of their products (for quite high amounts). At that moment, I realized what this was about. I can't evaluate the products because of course I didn't buy any. I left disappointed and with the feeling that I was caught.

I underwent a hair transplant at this Clinical Hair & Health clinic ten days ago and I am absolutely satisfied so far. Although I had a proper intervention in the size of 2300 grafts in the entire upper part of the head, in other words, to deploy the entire highway ?, everything went perfectly. Today, after ten days, you would no longer recognize me as having a hair transplant because the donor area is fully healed except for invisible minor itching and tingling during healing. In the same way, the intake area only shines with new hair, which therefore still looks according to the plan before new hair from the transplanted follicles starts to grow. I have been looking for the possibility of transplantation for many years, but until then I was always intimidated by the method used, whether the historical FUT method of scalp or manual FUE method, which in my case would be a few days of gradual procedures and a certain percentage of erroneous samples taken manually. My enthusiasm was even greater for the method using the ARTAS robot at this clinic, which ensures the natural distribution of the collected follicles, the error-free collection as well as the natural distribution in the receiving area, all with robotic accuracy and only one day time consuming 2300 grafts. The whole day at the clinic was exactly according to a pre-arranged program, the staff would be absolutely perfect and pleasant until one feels at home. The procedure corresponds to the scope, which was 2300 grafts for me, so no fun (do not expect a day in the wellness ?), but in the team of staff with the clinic it can be handled without any problems and the result is simply amazing and higher than other clinics in my opinion higher quality, natural appearance and in a third of the time! Only the morning application of a local anesthetic is quite unpleasant during the procedure, and then everything goes smoothly without feeling anything, and even in the evening I did not need any pain pills. The following first week of convalescence is according to plan, so I recommend staying at home and well inventing the sleep of the first three days at an angle of 45 degrees, but again it will explain everything well to you and it is worth the resulting effect anyway. The result is after ten days exactly according to what I was told at the initial consultation and later everything is specified in detail, including the subsequent daily procedures specified when leaving the clinic after the procedure. Now I am looking forward to the gradual growth of new hair expected within 6-8 weeks. In conclusion, I would like to thank you for a job perfectly and at the same time I would like to support others who are considering hair transplantation, so that they are not afraid and go for it, with robotic transplantation and human approach of this clinic it is definitely worth it!

I went there for about three months, paid over 10,000 CZK and the results no, rather deteriorating… Each time they just forced me new products and vitamins. A complete thief and pulling money out of people.

I express my satisfaction with this clinic, after a previous visit to another workplace where I did not learn anything at all and threw away money for a product which in the end caused me more problems and then no one paid attention to me, did not respond to e-mails, phones. Here the cause was sought in more depth and at least I had something to catch and something to focus on. The shampoos are pleasant, they smell nice, they also foam well enough and I don't even need a conditioner to comb them, and I have long hair and I usually had a problem with combing.
