We send an email telling them that after 10 months of using the nappy’s the covers have become leaky (not waterproof any more), the elastics have become worn out and we have experienced tears around the snaps. All while using the maintenance instructions to the letter.
We send them back the covers (paying the shipping costs ourselves). After receiving the nappy covers they checked them and we were told it was our own fault, not even elaborating. Even after telling them we always followed the instructions they didn't even answer any more.
Washable, cloth diapers are advertised (by Petit Lulu) as a way to reduce waste, but their own way of handling faulty products creates more waste and costs. We invested more than €600 in these cloth nappy's, which now is wasted money. Shame on you!
