Club Bublinka

I highly recommend swimming for children Bublinka. Very nice staff, family facilities, clean pool. After swimming, it is possible to order homemade snacks from the children's playroom and they will always meet your needs. There was also no problem with parking in the area. So I can recommend. :)

I can recommend the Bublinka Club only in a positive sense. The environment is very friendly, and even family, staff very welcoming and always smiling and swimming instructors professional with a very positive and warm approach to children. The solution of any substitute lesson has always been successful in trying to meet the needs, however, given the popularity of this place, it is understandable that they are sometimes so full that we simply will not fit, which one will understand.

After two lessons, my daughter started swimming and after diving. We recommend :-). Beautiful access, hot water, close to public transport, just nice for children and parents.

We are already on the 3rd course. Both children excited. The approach is always great. Nothing is a problem, everyone is nice, everything can be solved and arranged. Children like all teachers, we replace mixed lessons. Advances in swimming can be seen literally week by week, all in the form of a game. Possibility of refreshments and a playroom for children.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the Bublinka Club, especially with regard to the negotiations and the approach of the club management to clients. I have to agree with some older contributions, the communication from the Club is only helpful when it comes to withdrawing money. However, in the case of replacements, whether classic or covid, the approach and communication are appalling. The owner communicates very rudely, arrogantly and reluctantly. The compensation system is set up so that as many hours as possible fail, so that the club can only collect additional course fees without providing the hours already paid. I definitely recommend all parents, especially at this uncertain time and the required amount for the course, to consider whether to really go to Bublinka, where you will hardly be able to receive a class compensation, even if the management will say otherwise. After this experience, we decided on another club, where communication with customers at a professional level and access to refunds is handled by the online reservation system, and not pointless request by phone every morning if something has not been released combined with forfeiture since November. The courses themselves are ok, the lecturers are pleasant, but the environment is outdated and there is a reluctance of management to invest in anything, not just withdraw money. Hygiene is also a problem, when no one solves if mothers wear make-up, including a thick layer of makeup.

I don't understand negative reviews through lesson substitutes at all. The lady at the front desk is always willing to offer alternative dates and has never been a problem. It is certainly not in their interest for the lessons to fail, on the contrary, I think they are happy that, thanks to the compensation, they will complete courses in which the children are currently missing. We go there with a friend and we can't complain about anything at all. We will spend at least another hour in the corner after swimming, have coffee and something to eat and we are fine. The lecturer is great and sometimes a lecturer on the substitutes, who is also nice and cares a lot about the technique. So for me Bublinka super in every way ?

The lessons and the teachers themselves were very nice. The daughter looked satisfied and enjoyed swimming. The first two lessons I enjoyed leaving the pool without the typical chlorine stench. Unfortunately, that changed significantly with the next few hours when I couldn't wash the chlorine out of us. What disappointed me was that the teachers often changed and the daughter could not gain the necessary confidence in the teacher when diving. But since she was often ill, I didn't deal with it. Which brings me to compensation. According to the owner, we are not entitled to compensation if I did not apologize for the lesson in advance… the apology is that you write an SMS to which no one will answer you, so I coughed it up after a few apologies… Nowhere is it written that the lessons are to apologize. The overall communication of the club is appalling. I paid the booking fee and expected to receive some confirmation and information to get started. Nothing!! It wasn't until I called the club that the lady told me, very surprised, that it was clear what we should have and that she was counting on us. You will also not find any essential information on the websites. Even so, I booked a continuation course for CZK 500 because I saw that my daughter enjoyed it and I have it close to home. Unfortunately, after repeatedly falling ill within 2 days of each swim, I had to cancel my reservation and we will try again in the spring. The owner told me that she was sorry, but she could not return the money to me…. Ok, I understand, but why doesn't it move me to the spring courses ?? Well, now I know we're going somewhere else. I'm sorry, but as I read the other reviews, I'm not the only one who is dissatisfied with the communication, so it was no exception.
