Some time ago, my mother let them "turn" into gas and electricity. Then still as a naive senior. The resulting prices were slightly higher than those of other suppliers, which we had before and after. The contract was for 3 years at that time (not for 2 as was the custom). For the first month, they left us in a non-contractual condition with electricity due to their inactivity, which ČEZ had to deal with. After those three years, due to high prices, we wanted to move elsewhere, but for electricity, we mistaken the right date for the transition. This is due to the confusion with the non-contractual relationship at the beginning. We asked them to forgive or at least reduce their caa 6000, - fines, with the proviso that they were a bit "able" for the mistake. We received a negative answer and paid the fine. It has been for several years, but I would rather produce electricity at home by pedaling a bike than going to them again.
