★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pravidelné kurzy a jednorázová cvičení bojových sportů, převážně sebeobrany a jiujitsu. Velmi příjemná a zkušená trenérka má z mého pohledu v porovnání s ostatními učiteli podobného zaměření nejlepší metody výuky a pro cvičence rychlého pochopení problematiky a to i hravou příjemnou cestou.
Velmi doporučuji tyto kurzy a konkrétně tuto trenérku když se chcete naučit obranu před útočníkem a umět zvládat pohyby svého těla.
Velkou výhodou je, že je možno domluvit i individuální hodiny tréninku a nebo dokonce i nové pravidelné kurzy jakéhokoli zaměření pro různé instituce nebo firmy, dále také pro domluvené skupiny lidí nebo kamarádů a to jak dospělých, tak děti od 7mi let.
 Regular courses and one-time combat exercises, mostly self-defense and jiujitsu. A very nice and experienced coach has, in my view, compared to other teachers a similar focus of the best teaching method and for the exercisers to quickly understand the issues, even in a playful way.
I highly recommend these courses and specifically this coach when you want to learn defense from the attacker and be able to handle the movements of your body.
The big advantage is that it is possible to arrange individual hours of training and even new regular courses of any kind for different institutions or companies, as well as for agreed groups of people or friends, both adults and children from the age of seven.
