About COCO coffee
Ano, už je to 19 let co s kávou žiji a pracuji. Jsem milovník kávy, od roku 2008 mezinárodní certifikovaný porotce SCAE a WBC soutěží.
S kávou jsem začala jako manažerka kavárny Insomnia v centru Dublinu v Irsku a dalších 9 let jsem pro tuto společnost pracovala jako operační manažer a personalista.
Mám prostě ráda kávu, vždy jsem měla a vždy budu. Když jsem před 19-ti lety ochutnala první latte, věděla jsem, že to s tou kávou nebude jen tak. A taky že ne. Jsem závislá (jen v dobrém), jsem poznamenaná (úplně), přemýšlím o kávě každý den (ne každou noc :-) ). Kávu ochutnávám, piji, připravuji, objednávám, prodávám, hodnotím, mluvím o ní, objevuji, školím. Mám ráda její vůni, chuť, teplotu, barvu. Miluji kávu s mlékem i bez, ale vždy bez cukru. Prostě miluji kávu na všechny způsoby, ale hlavně kvalitní a správně připravenou.
Káva je pro mě o chuti, vůni, pocitu tepla, pohody, klidu, práci i odpočinku, ticha i hluku, s dětmi i bez dětí (většinou s dětmi, mám 3).
V roce 2017 jsem otevřela CoCo Coffee v Blansku, protože bez kávy to jednoduše nejde, ani v Blansku.
V roce 2021 jsem otevřela druhou kavárnu v Blansku.

Choice of beans, great technique and attention to detail, awesome cakes, superb brunch soups, wonderful staff, busy yet cosy atmosphere for all ages. Enjoy watching the busy takeout clientele in the front area or settle in for a longer sip on the sofas with superfast wifi in the back room. Kids love it too. And open so early! Great place!

Used to be a great cafe!!! There is a big issue with coffee beans freshness. They offer coffee beans for V60 filter which are almost 4 months after roasting. I do not recommend any more.
