★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Společnost Coleman vřele doporučuji. Elektronicky jsme se poptávali polystyren, obratem nám zaslali cenovou nabídku, která byla nejlepší ze všech, které jsme obdrželi. Polystyren nám v dohodnutý termín zdarma dovezli na pozemek. Poté jsme je kontaktovali, zda bychom jim nemohli přebytečný materiál vrátit, s čímž nám plně vyhověli, ale měli jsme jim ho dovést, což pro nás bylo celkem komplikované vzhledem k objemu. Nicméně za nějakou dobu se sami od sebe ozvali, že si polystyren mohou vyzvednout přímo u nás na pozemku, což nás velmi potěšilo. Poté nám obratem poslali peníze na účet za vrácený materiál. Jednoznačně nejlepší jednání, které jsme se stavebninami zažili.
I highly recommend Coleman. We asked for polystyrene electronically, sending us the quotation that was the best of all we received. The polystyrene was delivered to the property free of charge. Then we contacted them to see if we could return the excess material to them, which we fully complied with, but we should have brought it to them, which was quite complicated in terms of volume. However, over time, they heard from themselves that they could pick up polystyrene directly from us on the property, which we were very pleased about. Then they immediately sent us money to the account for the returned material. Clearly the best behavior we have experienced with building materials.
