A	Andrej Habarta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednal jsem zboží, objednávku potvrdili a za dva dny mi napsali že si mám přijít vyzvednout , po příjezdu mně poslali s papírem do skladu vyzvednout zboží a tam mi řekli že to nemají, prodavač na prodejně vůbec netušil že produkt nemají skladem. Navíc mne od té doby ignorují , neozvali se mi ani s nabídkou náhradního zboží, prostě je jim to jedno. I ordered the goods, confirmed the order and in two days they wrote to me that I should come to pick up, after arrival they sent me the paper to the warehouse to pick up the goods and there they told me they do not have, the salesman at the store had no idea that the product was not in stock. In addition, they have ignored me since then, they have not even told me about offering replacement goods, they just don't care.
D	David Fojtík on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednal jsem zboží u pobočky Uherské Hradiště. Zboží přišlo po týdnu (špatné zboží). Reklamoval jsem a zase jsem čekal týden než doručí správné zboží. Bohužel se jim podruhé zadařilo opět poslat úplně jiný výrobek než jsem si koupil. Moji objednávku řešil Jakub Bieschel (hodnotí firmu 5 hvězdičkami :-D). Volal jsem mu, že poslali opět špatný výrobek, který se úplně lišil od výrobku co jsem požadoval. Jeho chování bylo opravdu výbušné, arogantní a následně telefon položil. Objednávku jsem zrušil. Posléze už ani nereagoval na e-mail o vrácení peněz. Napsal jsem mu, že budu kontaktovat jeho nadřízeného o v rácení peněz. Odpověď od Jakuba Bieschela byla hned a peníze mi byly vráceny. Možná jsem jen narazil na špatnou osobu při vyřizování. I ordered the goods at the branch Uherské Hradiště. Goods arrived after a week (bad goods). I complained and I waited a week to deliver the right goods. Unfortunately, for the second time, they managed to send a completely different product than I bought again. My order was solved by Jakub Bieschel (rated the company by 5 stars :-D). I called him that they sent the wrong product again, which was completely different from what I wanted. His behavior was really explosive, arrogant, and then he put the phone down. I canceled the order. Eventually, he didn't even respond to the refund email. I wrote to him that I would contact his supervisor for money. The answer from Jakub Bieschel was now and the money was returned to me. Maybe I just stumbled upon the wrong person to handle.
