★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skvělá komunikace při objednávce (pan Dan Brtnický byl opravdu ochotný), i při vyhotovení zakázky. Bohužel ve chvíli, kdy došlo k pochybení ze strany Colorfactory, bylo najednou třeba čekat 3 týdny na reakci na mou reklamaci a následně na můj navazující email i přes připomenutí žádná odpověď, či omluva. Jsem zklamaná neprofesionálním přístupem a pro budoucí spolupráci si vyberu jinou firmu.
 Great communication when ordering (Mr. Dan Brtnický was really helpful), as well as when preparing the order. Unfortunately, at the time when there was a mistake on the part of Colorfactory, it was suddenly necessary to wait 3 weeks for a response to my complaint and then to my follow-up email, despite the reminder, no response or apology. I am disappointed with the unprofessional approach and I will choose another company for future cooperation.
