J	Jan Rösler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte mir Snowboardschuhe ausgeliehen, da meine zu klein waren (Ich bin ein erfahrener Snowboarder). Diese waren jedoch schon beim Anziehen nicht gerade doll (alt und weich wie eh und je). Nach einem Tag fahren war ich dann im Skiverleih und wollte meine Skidebotkarte abgeben in dem meine Schuhe über die Nacht war. Ich war um 10.17 Uhr dort wo mir gesagt wurde ich hätte bis 9.30 da sein müssen. Da ich aber keinen Zettel bekommen habe auf dem das Stand, wollte ich nicht zahlen. Doch da ich erst 17 bin habe ich dann nach längerer Disskusion den Tag extra bezahlt. Im Zuge wollte ich mein Geld zurückfordern für die Schuhe die ich 5 Tage geliehen habe, da diese nicht funktionsfähig waren und wirklich eine Gefahr für Leib und Leben. Nach weiterer längerer Disskusion und nicht einsehen des Skiverleihs (der angibt, dass all ihre Sachen Funktionsfähig sind), hab ich meine Schuhe ausgezogen und bin ohne Geld gegangen. Fazit: Respektloser Umgang (jüngeren Gegenüber), kein Funken von Kulanz, altes und schlechtes Material was niemandem zu empfehlen ist. I had borrowed snowboard boots as mine were too small (I'm an experienced snowboarder). However, these were not exactly doll when you put them on (old and soft as ever). After a day of skiing, I went to the ski rental shop and wanted to hand in my ski debit card in which my shoes were overnight. I got there at 10:17 am and was told I should have been there by 9:30 am. But since I didn't get a note on the stand, I didn't want to pay. But since I'm only 17, I paid extra for the day after a long discussion. On the train I wanted to ask for my money back for the shoes I had borrowed for 5 days because they were not functional and were really a danger to life and limb. After further lengthy discussion and not looking at the ski rental company (which states that all their stuff is working), I took off my shoes and left without any money. Conclusion: Disrespectful treatment (younger counterparts), no spark of goodwill, old and bad material which is not recommended to anyone.
p	pawel kruczek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wypożyczalnia może i dobrze wyposażona ale pracownicy zupełnie nie pomocni w dobrze sprzętu dla dzieci . Ja się na nartach nie znam ( snowboard to mój sprzęt ) i nie wiem jak dobrać . Tutaj nikt nie pomógł . Wypożyczyli i tyle wszyscy byli bardzo zajęci rozmowa o grach komputerowych . Pani instruktor się starała ale jej nie szło . Dzieci trzeba zainteresować . Jeśli chcecie aby wasze pociechy stawiły pierwsze kroki na nartach w tej okolicy jedzie do ski centrum safar tan jest pan instruktor Adam. Prze gość The rental shop may be well equipped, but the staff is completely unhelpful with good equipment for children. I do not know skiing (snowboarding is my equipment) and I do not know how to choose. Nobody helped here. They rented it and so much everyone was very busy talking about computer games. The instructor did her best but she was not successful. Children need to be interested. If you want your kids to take their first steps in skiing in this area, the instructor Adam is going to the safar tan ski center. By the guest
G	Guillaume Komorowski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented two cross-country ski sets for two days, they were poor quality (no stability and too large boots, we did 25km and this is enough for a real testing), so we returned the equipment back the first day and we weren’t refunded.
