Velká spokojenost také s míchanými malířskými barvami a jejich pozdějším domícháváním podle čísla. Naposledy jsme udělali dobrou zkušenost, když jsme si nechali poradit s volbou přípravku na preventivní ošetření dřeva.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nechápu, proč se zde objevilo mé hodnocení s jednou hvězdičkou. Svůj poslední nákup jsem neměl čas hodnotit a pak jsem již na to zapomněl. S Vaší prodejnou mám jen ty nejlepší zkušenosti. Ochota prodávajících a jejich profesionalita mne již hodně dávno přesvědčila jako zákazníka a vždy se vracím nakoupit potřebné u Vás. Široký sortiment mne maximálně uspokojuje. Pokud se stalo, že konkrétní zboží nebylo, prodavačky mi ochotně vše zajistily a do pár dnů jsem si zboží mohl vyzvednout a prodavačka mi sdělila důležité, podstatné informace k produktu, který není zrovna úplně běžný. Moc děkuji za Vaši vstřícnost, ochotu a profesionální jednání. Hezký den celému kolektivu. Jaromír

The willingness of the sellers and their professionalism have long convinced me as a customer and I always come back to buy the necessary ones from you. The wide range satisfies me to the maximum. If it happened that there was no specific goods, the saleswomen willingly provided me with everything and within a few days I was able to pick up the goods and the saleswoman provided me with important, essential information about the product, which is not exactly normal. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came with a color code, which was not available on their catalogue, no further help neither suggestion (beside go to hornbach), was offerred, neither scan of the needed color, if they dont have it, no construction, code matching neither specialised help which a person expects from a specialised shop, i came there because of the good reputation as one of the best here, yet very dissappointed from the experience.
I did give a two stars first ,
but the owner replied on my first review politely , thats why, Dear Sir, i checked your web site, its not there, and this is ok, yet the only help i was offered is a lookup in the printed cataloge, and being sent to Hornbach , nothing of the other options you supplemented in your polite reply.
