Streda 4.4 to odislo kurierovy a je 6.4. a nic, tak sme volali do firmy, ze zistia a uz sa neozvali. Nevsimli sme si ze v obchodnych podmienkach maju do 30 dni a teda na buduce nebudeme riskovat. Aby nam tonery nedosli ked potrebujeme, este by ma zaujimalo, ze kto teraz zaplati externu tlac. !!! We have ordered toners, no problem at all. We will not order and will not recommend. Order left 28.3., It was paid. Wednesday, April 4th it was a courier and is 6.4. and nothing, so we called the company to find out and didn't hear from them again. V	Václav Koubík on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obdržel jsem toner, který nebyl kompatibilní s tiskárnou, papír se krčil a nebylo možné tisknout. Z důvodu vadného plnění jsem proto odstoupil od smlouvy. Peníze za toner mi byly vráceny bez problémů. Poštovné za vrácený toner však nikoli, ačkoli se jednalo prakticky o 50% hodnoty toneru. Argumentace obchodu byla, že jsem odstoupil do 14 dnů bez udání důvodu, což není pravda a obchod jsem na to upozornil. Bohužel od této doby již se mnou nekomunikovali. Služby tak nemohu doporučit. The money for the toner was returned to me without any problems. However, not the postage for returned toner, although it was practically 50% of the value of the toner. The argument of the deal was that I resigned within 14 days without giving a reason, which is not true, and I alerted the deal to this. Unfortunately, they have not communicated with me since then. So I can't recommend the services.
