★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Podlaha nám popraskala a kvůli malé vrstvě betonu máme veškeré dveře atypické a u francouzských oken máme schod. Platili jsme hotově a po roce nám přišlo upozornění na nezaplacenou fakturu. Naštěstí máme potvrzení od p. Peterky, že peníze převzal hotově.
 The floor cracked and due to a small layer of concrete we have all the doors atypical and the French windows have a step. We paid cash and after one year we received a notice of unpaid invoice. Fortunately, we have a confirmation from Mr. Peterka that he took the money in cash.
