M	Monika Šináglová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neprofesionalni komunikace, kdy nam pani Zahradkova pri ukonceni smlouvy nabidla 2 moznosti navraceni, bud vyzvednuti technikem nebo zaslani na jejich adresu provozovny. Nebyla jsem upozornena na to, ze bez technika odinstalovani jejich zarizeni nezvladne prakticky nikdo. Domluvily jsme se tedy na zaslani zpet. K prekvapeni mi dnes prisel technik v terminu, ktery mi sice prisel jako mozny termin technika k vyzvednuti, ale o odinstalovani zarizeni, nebylo v mailu ani slovo a tento termin jsme si nepotvrdily. Vznikla mi tedy skoda na pozdnim prijezdu na dulezitou pracovni schuzku a bylo mi receno, ze bych v pripade, ze bych neprijela stejne musela naklady na vyjezd technika a nenavraceni zarizeni platit cca 2.500,- Velmi spatna komunikace.. Non-professional communication, when Ms. Zahradkova offered us 2 return options at the end of the contract, either picked up by a technician or sent to their business address. I wasn't warned that without a technician, virtually no one could uninstall their devices. So we agreed to be sent back. To my surprise, the technician came to the deadline today, who, as a possible term technician, came to my notice, but there was not a word in the e-mail about uninstalling the device, and we did not confirm this deadline. So I had a pity on my late arrival at an important business meeting and I was told that if I did not arrive, I would still have to pay the cost of leaving the technician and not returning the equipment about 2,500. Very poor communication ..
D	David Zákoucký on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zdravím, přecházel jsem od poskytovatele cznet k firmě Connect plus před několika měsíci z důvodu pomalé rychlosti a samých výpadku služby každý den (vše hned svádějí na vás staré kabely/zařízení atd..) od firmy Connect plus mám spoj 60GHZ 250/150Mbit ping 2-3ms a jsem velice spokojen Skvělé zkušenosti s firmou a strašně ochotný lidi žádný výpadky služeb z jejich strany (krom toho že nějací moulové skoro každý měsíc někde překopávají optiku) a pak vše jde na firmu Connect plus která za to muže z malé části že nemají náhradní trasu/trasy pro takové situace Za mě jen doporučuji. Hello, I switched from a cznet provider to Connect plus a few months ago due to slow speeds and service outages every day (everything is immediately seduced by old cables / equipment, etc ..) from Connect plus I have a connection 60GHZ 250 / 150Mbit ping 2-3ms and I am very satisfied Great experience with the company and terribly helpful people no service outages on their part (except that some mules dig some optics almost every month) and then everything goes to the Connect plus company, which is to blame for the small part that they do not have an alternative route / routes for such situations I just recommend it for me.

D	Dominik Světlík on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U poskytovatele internetu jsem krátkou dobu, každý měsíc je výpadek internetu. Porucha netrvá kratší dobu, jako třeba 10-60min ale v hodinách. Na stránkách píšou o výpadku, že bude opraveno do určité hodiny. Tak se ale nestane a čas přesunou na další určitou hodinu. Takže se nedá spolehnout kdy bude internet v provozu. Čekáte a doufate. ?‍♂️ I have been with an internet provider for a short time, there is an internet outage every month. The fault does not last shorter, such as 10-60 minutes but in hours. The site writes about the outage that will be repaired within a certain hour. But that doesn't happen and they move the time to another hour. So you can't rely on when the internet will be up and running. You are waiting and hoping. ?‍♂️
